Light in the Hallway - Sebastian - October 23, 2015

Set close to the JFG Borders. @Ayana perhaps? ;D

Sebastian always stayed in howling distance of Jade Grove Fern since he wanted to hear Haven howling for him so they could hang out. The young grey male liked hanging out with her last time so maybe if the female would want to hang out with him again she only had to howl. Sebastian stayed around, sometimes exploring but he settled in the marsh. He liked water, he could hunt for for fish and frogs and even get some more knowledge on plants. Today the realized that he was maybe a bit too close to the borders and steered around to another area.

He would need to clean himself a bit because most of his paws were covered in mud due to the wet nature of the marsh. Sebastian moved through the fog and high grass on this warm autumn morning. His thick an plush fur was coming along so he wasn't too cold. Plus the seal fat he ate was a good meal to get him heated up. Sebastian drank some of the water before he pulled himself on a bank. Still close to the borders somewhat. He could see the grove up ahead but he wasn't going to enter it.

RE: Light in the Hallway - Ayana - October 23, 2015

It was a nice autumn day, the sky was only partly cloudy and the sun sometimes peaked through and lit the trees up in yellow, soft light. Ayana was strolling thrugh the territory, she was on the hunt for a little snack and then wanted to take a quick nap because she was quite tired.
Suddenly the golden wolf noticed a wolf's scent not far away from her. Her head popped up and all her senses seemed to be more intense. She had to be a warden now, she needed to protect her pack, her home.

The female trotted towards the wolf with her body lowered to the ground. She hid behind tall grass and stood in mud, but she needed to do this to protect her pack from a stranger. What if this wolf was dangerous, though? She was rather small and weak, she would lose any fight immediately if the wolf was a male, which she assumed.

When she realised who stood only a few meters away from her, her heart stopped for a second. This time, she knew that this was not Burke, but his son Sebastian.
The female started to get extremely nervous, did not know what to do or what to say. She felt how her body was rising up again, so Seb could see her now. For a second, all she did was stare at him and do nothing.

He looked around as he was standing on the higher bank. At first he didn't notice the female that had been watching him. He was with his mind somewhere else. His pale eyes then fell into hers. He was shocked for a moment to glance in another wolf's eyes. He quickly registered the golden fur around those pale eyes. He thought it was Burke for a moment but he had seen this golden fur before. It was the lone wolf Ayana-- Correction. He used his nose and then realized that the girl smelled like this territory.

The roles seemed reversed now. His tail flickered. "You found a pack!," he spoke as that was the first thing that came to his mind. He knew she was friendly so he trotted closer to her, almost slipping on the mud of the bank. He didn't know about the girl and her relation to his father. Sebastian's tail swayed behind him in all his friendliness. "How are you?," he asked, curious pale eyes going over her. "I was thinking of maybe joining this pack! Such a coincidence!," he beamed, glad to see a familiar face.

He wondered what happened to the female. She seemed a bit down the last time he saw her. Hopefully she was doing better now. They had fun hanging out last time, though then he had to return to his own pack. He didn't think he would see her again.

RE: Light in the Hallway - Ayana - October 29, 2015

...thinking of ... joining this pack...
..joining this pack

Ayana stared into the male's eyes. Joining this pack. Impossible.
The golden wolf did not know what to do. Burke's son was going to join her pack? Did Burke make him do that to let Ayana know that he will not forget about her actions? No, Burke hated Sebastian ... right? Or was this all just a game and Ayana was being betrayed? But she trusted Burke, and why would he have lied to her abut his relationship with his son?
No, it was probably just a weird coincidence. Ayana shook her head and concentrated on Sebastian's words.
"Yes, I did indeed. Scimitar was kind enough to give me a chance and welcomed me very kindly. Jade Fern Grove is definitely a good pack... I bet you would like it here.", the female said. She meant her words, although she was taking quite long to get used to the new home. Did she want Sebastian to join? She did not know. On the one hand, she really liked this wolf, he was powerful, yet kind, but on the other hand Sebastian simply was Burke's son, and Ayana wanted to finish the chapter of Blackfeather Woods.

Sebastian looked at the female. She looked so shocked at his statement. Was is something he had done? Or was there something else? The male didn't know that she had a connection to his father and his pack. The young male glanced over her before he nodded. "That is nice to hear,' he returned. "Though you don't sound so sure about it at all? Kind enough to give you a change?," he asked curiously.

It sounded very negative. Was the female that bad of a wolf that she thought so badly of herself? Sebastian wasn't sure what was her whole deal. It seemed she wasn't happy with herself, and that was a pity because she was rather pretty. Sebastian looked at her with a curious expression. "Are you okay?," he then asked, not expecting a honest answer. He just wanted to show some interest in her.
