It's probably a really dumb question (especially because I've been here forever, lol) but I was wondering (since I didn't see it specifically stated anywhere in the Specialties & Trades topic) if lone wolves still cannot earn trades or was that rule abolished with EXP?

Lone wolves still cannot earn trades. That's a perk of joining a pack.
