rocky road - RIP Njal - January 31, 2016
Their meeting had been brief, and without words spoken, the pair had split up again. It was nice to see Tuwawi - though he was stunned by himself, admitting that - and when he left her, Njal distanced his mind from thoughts of her as best he could. He marched back to the beach, lingered there for a few hours, and then went back to patrolling across the territory.
That had been days ago now. And he found himself caught up in thoughts of her, regardless of his desires. Wondering if she was still at the seaside, if she would ever visit him again. If they would ever talk. Did she still hate him for everything? Probably, he thought with a dull chuff; but she was gone now, and he returned to his tireless routine.
