Knowing the Board - Kinra - March 11, 2016 Say no to waiting! :P @Sebastian
The Knight had spent her time scouting the surrounding territory. She found several helping herbs here and there even a few poisonous ones. There was no need in taking any of them with her even if she could find a use for them. She also found the herds out there. With Spring kicking in it was easy to get the idea that there was plenty food out there. She knew fully well that it was the season that focused on breeding. Spring was doing it's work very well that even this year she could feel the effects. She simply suppressed those instincts, She had no desire to play their game. Knowing that she didn't want to stick too long into unknown grounds and figured she return to the place she started at. She remembered everything about Sebastian as she went pass the lake. It's only been around day but she learned a lot of the resources available. She decided to play a little game of Track the seb. There was no telling if he went back into the waters or not so she headed towards the location where he planned on settling his pack. The moment she caught signs of his tracks she followed them both by scent and eye. Her hunter skills turned on as she continued. She became very focused to the point that she couldn't see anything else but the trail he left behind. They were getting warmer, surely he wasn't far from her. RE: Knowing the Board - Sebastian - March 12, 2016 Sebastian trotted forward through his territory. The male was starting to see it as his. He was so close to forming, so close to having all the members he needs to setup his pack, a small one but that was okay, they were always open for more. The large male trotted over the borders, he was out of the forest that surrounded his lands and was out on the fields. His large form jumped on a large rock and looked out over the view. He had chosen a perfect territory in his eyes. Sebastian couldn't wait to officially settle here, though there was still one big thing missing. He didn't know if he was starting to miss Haven or because he just wanted someone close so badly. Wouldn't it be great to stand here with an alpha female at his side? It would be great but unfortunately he did not have a lot of luck in love. Sebastian pushed that thought away, and made himself remember Wildfire's words. He just needed to stop think about this and let it happen. Maybe once he was settled he would find the time. Who knows. Maybe... Maybe he would find a connection with Pearl, she was really nice too. Slowly Sebastian sat down, calmly looking and listening though he was mostly sunken in thought. This was going to be his thinking rock. Yes, that would be great to have a thinking rock, because somehow he always ended up doing a lot of thinking. RE: Knowing the Board - Kinra - March 12, 2016 Focused on her target, Kinra was quickly closing the distance. She knew she was getting closer there was no doubt about it. His tracks here were very fresh. They were starting to get a little too fresh that she started slowing down. She lowered her frame and got ready to stalk her target. First she needed sight of him. She stayed close to cover in order to remain hidden. It didn't take too long for her to find him. He was basically out in the open. He was just lying there on a rock, just looking out there. As a Knight she should just make her presence clear but this was a golden opportunity. She wanted to catch him off guard like she does with most prey. There was thrill in that and she knows the feeling well. She couldn't resist the urge to ambush him while his back was turns towards her. Quickly she move forward one step at a time to keep silent, up until she was behind the rock. As swift as she could she jumped up and quickly lunged at him "I gotcha!". She only aimed to pin him down by placing her paws on his back. She was so into this that she having so much fun that she totally forgot this was not how she was suppose to act as a Knight. RE: Knowing the Board - Sebastian - March 12, 2016 Sebastian was so in thought that he did not hear the female approach. Hence why he was so startled when Kinra jumped him. He instantly yelped which turned into a growl. His teeth bared as her turned his head to snap at her and fight back. His hackles raised and and ears flattened. Once he noticed her scent and saw her from the corner of his eyes he pulled back his attack. In the force of the momentum and his charge at her he almost knocked her off the rock, maybe he even succeeded in doing so. He let out a huff and then jumped at her anyways, but now more out of playfulness instead of pure aggression. Sebastian wanted to tell her that he disliked that she startled her but if he had been paying attention then he wouldn't be startled. The male was quick to forgive. Though play fighting on a rock was not so smart. He tried to give her a light nip before he jumped off himself before he would lose balance and land on top of her. He wouldn't want to make her a pancake. The male let out bark. "Kinra," he spoke and then lifted his head a bit. He had to grin. "Long time no see," he teased lightly, but seeing his wagging tail and the rest of his open body language it was clear he was very happy to see her. RE: Knowing the Board - Kinra - March 12, 2016 She never really did expect that he would just let her ambush him. She's done this countless time and knew the risk that comes with jumping someone. She only had the intention of playing here but of course Sebastian wouldn't know that. He turned to counterattack, She reflexively jumped back off the rock to evade him. He had the fun kind of reaction! Dangerous and thrilling, it only encouraged her to do it again if she ever catches him out there. Kinra noticed that he also jumped down nearly at the same time as her. He was on the opposite side of the rock. She circled to the point to where he could see her head sticking out from behind the rock. She responded to him. "Oh it hasn't been that long!" She had a grin as well. The whole tracking and ambushing was really fun for her she couldn't help but show her happiness from it. "You have good instincts, I would have been disappointed if you didn't fight back a little." She tail wagged with joy while also spreading her temporary spring scent. She jumped back onto the rock he was on and stood tall. "So what have you been doing lately Sir Sebastian?" She asked, surely he's done something normal wolves do while she was out scouting. Her curiosity on that was still alive but without any knowledge on it all she could do was guess and wonder. RE: Knowing the Board - Sebastian - March 12, 2016 'Spring-Scent' is she in heat? :P
Sebastian watched her from the other side of the rock. He was grinning too, his tail wagging enthusiastically. He had been joking about not seeing her for so long because he had seen her recently. Sebastian jumped up when she jumped on the rock. He raised his muscle a bit and grinned charming. Of course he would fight back, he was not going to let himself be pushed down. He was somewhat proud enough to stand up for himself. As he stood almost nose to nose with her on the rock Sebastian replied to her. "I have to protect some of my manliness," he stated to her. Once again she named him Sir Sebastian. He kind of started to like it. His nose picked up a scent, a nice once, which he then realized was her scent. "Finalizing my pack. I have more members now and I am very close to making it official," he explained to her. He had Pearl, Ambrosia and Brandy, and Fallen, and Aduin of course. Together they were with five a good number to start but Sebastian had been talking with a few more. He could pressure on how she could still join him but she had already given him an answer. "How about you Lady Kinra?," he asked in return. Curious why she had come back to him, he did not know if she had been looking for him or if this meeting was a coincidence. RE: Knowing the Board - Kinra - March 12, 2016 Yesh, even a trained Knight can't control that :P maybe that explains why she's so curious of Sebastian.
Kinra watched him as he jumped up to join her on the rock. Even if it was crowded with the two on top of the rock she wasn't at all bothered by how close he was to her. She stood firmly as she gazed into his eyes. "Hmmm Yes you sure do." She said sweetly. There was a strange lingering feeling she was feeling towards him, one she wasn't used to. As Knight she had to make sure her mind could not be clouded by her own personal feelings. Out of all those feelings she saw no harm in keeping the joy and thrill she felt. It turns out Sebastian has been rounding up other members for his pack. She started to wonder what kind of wolves he managed to find. She felt like she could trust Sebastian's choices. it's not like he would pick up someone dangerous. He did want a peaceful pack after all "That's good to hear, It would make me feel better to have some safe place to retreat to just in case." As for her, the scouting was interesting. She gave him a general report. "I've been exploring the northern region. I found a few useful herbs here and there as well as some poisonous ones. There's also traces of a herd roaming the area, mainly at the northwest." Exploring was far from over. However in her current condition she felt that other packs would notice her presence easily, She didn't want to risk drawing attention to herself. She decided to come here where she felt she would be a little more secure, basically that place was near Sebastian. She connected her nose with his. "I would continue scouting but.." Maybe he could finish that sentence. Right now she felt like playing around a little. Using her nose as the point she just pushed to see if she could get Sebastian unbalance and then maybe jump off. RE: Knowing the Board - Sebastian - March 12, 2016 Omgggg xD Seb will be even more interested haha. So tempting!
Sebastian was really liking her scent. Had she always smelled this good? He couldn't remember. The large male puffed out his chest a bit when she confirmed his manliness. Sebastian really liked the idea that he would have a female to protect and care for, only this lady was a knight and could protect herself. Still, as before she was really interested in her. His pale eyes looked into hers when she looked into his. There was not really a battle for dominance, at least not to Sebastian. He didn't feel the need to make her more submissive to him seeing that he was technically an alpha now. "You are actually in that safe place, but I will forgive you for it seeing that the border is around here. I have not decided the exact location," he playfully teased her a bit. He might even have been flirting a bit, or well trying to because honestly flirting was not his forte. Sebastian quirked up her lips as she spoke about her explorations. The male listened but the words weren't really getting to his head. Something about herbs and plants, which should interest him but he was so distracted by her scent. Damn. He blinked a few times, back to focussed on her and her voice. "But... you are here with me," he spoke, finishing part of that sentence. Sebastian bumped her nose back against her even trying to give her a soft nip. How forward of him! Sebastian's tail was wagging excitedly. The male sank through his paws a bit, feeling the playful mood of her and would not mind roughhousing if that meant he would be close to her. He also really liked to smell her too. He never really smelled it before, or wait, maybe he did. He couldn't really remember where he knew it from but he liked it so he was not complaining. Sebastian jumped off the rock and sank through his paws once more, inciting some more playing seeing that it was safer on the ground than on a rock. RE: Knowing the Board - Kinra - March 12, 2016 Out of all the areas she could think of, this really was the safest place. That's only because she had some trust in Sebastian. She may have been trained to fight but she could easily lose if out numbered. So while Sebastian seems to act like an ally she would just stand a better chance here with him in case something followed her. Hopefully she didn't attract trouble from nearby packs thanks to her catchy scent. Sebastian didn't finish the sentence the way she wanted but it was good enough to be accepted. "Yes. While my scouting is put on hold." She didn't want to just tell him directly that she was in heat and simply hoped that he would understand her situation. It was because of this natural period that there was more risk to her lone scouting. She was aware of it and needed to fall back to a safe point until it was over. Sebastian returned a push and even nipped at her. It tugged on her playful spirit. She was here with him and the mood was fun, It was hard to resist the urge to play. The large male decided to jump down, obviously wanting to play around too. Well, why not? She didn't have any objectives right now but to stay put. She look at him for a moment, as if she was still deciding whether she would play along or not. Shortly after she too sank though her paws. "Alright, let's see how strong you really are!" She said, basically challenging him. To make him understand she was seriously into this she jumped straight at him, purposely trying to land right onto him, expecting him to move at of the way. RE: Knowing the Board - Sebastian - March 12, 2016 Sebastian did not really realize what the scent was yet, but he would realize it soon enough. His hormones were starting to rage a bit, maybe also was caused this playful mood. Kinra was also keen on playing which was basically one step into foreplay without Sebastian even realizing it. The male readied himself, let out an excited 'woof' when she spoke about testing his strength. His tail wagged and she instantly made a jump towards him. He dashed to the side as she expected in his playful mood. Somehow the male decided that it was a good idea to playfully grab her tail as he made a dodge to the side. But instantly he was more distracted by her scent. The male let go and instantly nosed very intently by her tail. Sebastian didn't have much experience yet, but he felt the need to just jump her. Sebastian would at least try, not sure if she would be liking this. Yet the big grey male decided he would dare his chance under the concept of 'playing'. This was all decided in a matter of seconds. The young male reared up a bit and tried to mount her. He realized now what that scent was, he had smelled it on his mother. After that no good happened seeing that she was clearly pregnant after a good month. Kinra was in heat. He wanted her badly, and his sense of self was kind of gone. But there was also the morally right Sebastian under there. The one who remembered Ambrosia's story. He whined and nipped a bit at her fur. He wanted to, badly. But that she was here with him while she was in heat also meant something right? Sebastian slipped of her, not being on top of her for very long at all. "I shouldn't have... Your scent is.. well it is doing the right job," he let out, looking a bit embarrassed. "I will try to keep myself in check-- unless you don't want me to-- I mean. Um," he started to stumble now. So torn between wanting her and feeling that he wasn't allowed to be with her like that. RE: Knowing the Board - Kinra - March 12, 2016 As expected he dodged her. She landed steadily onto the ground and turn her head to the side to be able follow Sebastian movements. She didn't see that he went for her tail. He moved up behind her as she was getting back onto a full stand from her landing. She was trying to figure out his next move as she attempted to take a few steps forward but before she could the large male basically got hold of her. She knew fully well what he was attempting. Somewhere she wanted to let it happen but that feeling was quickly dominated by her will as a Knight. With a low growl she violently turned to snap her jaws at him. Luckily for him he got off before anything got him. A close call it was, now that she was completely facing him she was on total guard. She glared at him but she wasn't completely angry, just half angry at how close it was. In fact she expected something like this happen. This was a risk she took on herself. She tested the strength of his will power to see if she would actually be safe here. The result, He was barely strong enough. She took a deep breath and released. Kinra stood tall with her head up high but this time her tail was up. She decided to explain to him what would have happend in a calm manner. "If you had continued I would have ripped your throat out." Or at the very least, would have tried to, either way she wouldn't have let him escape without paying the price. Since it was a close call she wasn't sure if she could trust him or not. "To keep my pride as a Knight, I'd have to fight every male who can't control their lust. You just barely cross the line, so what does that make you?" She asked and then waited impatiently for his answer. RE: Knowing the Board - Sebastian - March 13, 2016 Sebastian stood on guard instantly when the female almost charged, or he had the feeling she would. She wasn't really blaming him was she? Sebastian never really encountered this before, and he had almost gone off the rails. But he hadn't that was what counted right? The large male stood before her, as she so clearly spoke to him. "Not someone you are going to fight. I stopped. I think that requires mental strength, and I just showed that. If we had been playing and you weren't in heat I could have jumped you like that too and nothing would be wrong with it," he pointed out, or at least he tried to make a statement. If he was anything like his father he would not have stopped. He was certain of that. Sebastian lowered his tail a bit, not wanting to seem like a threat to her. He liked her and found her interesting in the way she worked. He did not want to chase her away with his behavior. Maybe he had just understood her signals wrong. She had pointed out she was here with him instead of exploring after all. She was in heat so why not be optimistic and give it a try? Sebastian tail flickered uncertainly. He had been distracted by her scent, he wanted to try it badly. Even with Haven he had not done that type of thing, even though he had wanted to. RE: Knowing the Board - Kinra - March 13, 2016 Was putting my heart and soul into this post BUT then the power went out and everything shut off.. lol had to start all over!
Kinra couldn't deny that there was a small part of her that wouldn't have mind at all. Sebastian being able to resist the act added more to that part. In appearance he was Strong, charming and even good looking. Now that he shown the strength of his will it just strengthen the attraction she had towards him. Honestly if she were to claim him and return to her Knight friends with him she could show him off to everyone. She decided to just imagine it. Like 'Hey everyone, check this guy out! and guess what! He never did any Knight training to be like this!' and then he would get all the attention and be greatly challenge. If Sebastian was really that good and passed, Kinra would never have regretted picking him. She simply couldn't be mad at him anymore with these thoughts clouding her mind. It took a moment for her to realize that this was likely the effects from being in heat. She did believe to be able to just push these feelings aside but being here with him was making it much harder. It felt like her will and desire where now at equal level. She wanted to.. take a break from all this. She never expected to have such a struggle. She starting feel unsure, A small retreat was needed. Her thoughts were disorganized, what was the right way to do this? She remained calm but was uneasy and couldn't remember exactly what he said. What she understood was that he would have tried even if she wasn't in heat. If she didn't have these feeling and desires she would have attacked him but instead only words came from her. She calmly spoke "Either way it's, just not the time for that." She turned to leave. "You said I could stay here right? If you don't mind I'm going to look for a place to sleep now. Um, see you later." She didn't wait to hear what he had to say and took off. She really needed to clear her mind right now that she didn't turn back to look at him. RE: Knowing the Board - Sebastian - March 13, 2016 Sebastian let out a soft whine when it was clear that she wanted to leave. "Kinra, don't go," he spoke and stepped after her. God damn that scent of her was so nice. He wanted to push his nose under her tail and just smell it more closely. But he managed to keep himself in check. "Well, technically this would be my pack lands, and we are soon to form. You can always vow yourself to me, help out my pack. Help me out with strategic thinking," he offered her, once again. He didn't want her to go find somewhere to sleep, alone, with her heat. His tail wagged hopefully. "We could go swimming, then I won't really notice your scent, and if you don't want that, then at least let my lie with you so if there would be a male tracking your scent I could protect you," he spoke. He genuinely wanted to. He did not wish to leave her side and whether it was just because of her scent or because he missed being close to someone, he would have to find that out later. Now he wanted to make sure they were okay, that she wasn't going to walk off and hating him for his minor mistake, because that was all it was. He had not even humped her he had just... mounted her briefly in his excitement. It was clear that she did not want that type of affection from him now. RE: Knowing the Board - Kinra - March 13, 2016 For some reason she stopped. She didn't know why she did. Maybe she felt bad for leaving him all of a sudden after trying to play around with him. She did feel like staying with him but he was the source of the problem. No, maybe it was just because she was in heat. Or was it both? She couldn't tell. She wanted to be alone so she could get everything sorted again. Sebastian pulled on her urges, He really did want her around didn't he. There wasn't a clear answer she could think of. She hated having to leave there like this. Maybe he could ask her later once everything within her calmed down. She turned her head to the side to where she could see him at the corner of her sight. His idea to go swimming did sound like a great idea no matter how she looked at it (forgetting how cold it was). But she still couldn't just go with him right now. She just need a little time for her self. Then came up with an idea that could help out. "Could you go catch something for me then?" She asked. It was simple request, if he really want her he'd do it. It would give her time to recover her normal state of mine. "Once you find something you can come find me, I won't be far from here." She said as she face forward again and proceeded to leave. RE: Knowing the Board - Sebastian - March 14, 2016 Sebastian couldn't help but to feel a bit rejected, okay maybe not even a bit, hugely. He always had a flair for the dramatics but now his mind was thinking about the fact that she didn't even wanted to swim with him, or even wanted him around while sleeping, or resting. She probably didn't even want his protection. Sebastian tail fell, he had ruined it. Great. She then requested that he might be willing to hunt for her. At first he was ready to just tell her that was not how things went, but he also wasn't that young pup anymore that would be too prideful to do such things. "Um.. Sure," he let out, sounding a bit upset. With that he left her, going in another direction. He wondered if he was he would come across, and if he should hunt something quick, or just wait awhile before he should return with a meal for the lady. Still, he wanted to provide, so this would be a nice task to show her that he could do such things. That he was useful to be around. With a new want to prove himself he set a course, yet he was still a bit upset seeing that he had the idea that this was never going to work... - fade end! - |
