Shawshank - Judas - April 03, 2016

Judas' escape attempt no.1. Anyone feel free to stop him

Under the cover of darkness, Judas made his first attempt at escape. The wolf, his nice side had gotten out. And the coyote side didn't like being kept up all the time. Quietly, Judas peered out of his den to make sure no one guarded. Then, after making sure the coast was clear, he crept along the ground. Trying to find a landmark he knew that marked the beginning of one of the many trails he had found.

He needed to escape this place. This war inside of him, it would either end up destroying him or changing him. And the coyote side didn't like either outcome. It yearned to be free once more, free to slaughter. Free to roam. Free to do what it wants.

RE: Shawshank - Sage - April 03, 2016

Sage had been avoiding everyone mostly, since discovering Issun has well...fucked Malice. But that didn't take away from her duties, so she decided to check up on Judas. The two had yet to speak after his incident, and although he went mad, yearned for the company of a friend. She couldn't run to Malice, and definitely not Issun. Her and Silver barely knew each other, and although Judas might not consider her a friend, she did him.

Once spotting his recovery den, she noticed him creeping out. Her head tilted to the side, was he trying to leave? "Judas! She barked, somewhat haphazardly.

Judas seized up, closing his eyes and gritting his teeth in frustration. There was always one awake at night, wasn't there? He didn't bother keeping a facade this time, and turned back with an annoyed glare. "Sage...what unperfect timing" he seethed. In his mind, he thought back to how they met. 'I swear, if she prods anywhere in my business...' He stopped the thought there, or rather the good side of him did.

RE: Shawshank - Sage - April 03, 2016

She rolled her eyes to his snarky comment. "Where do you think you're going?" Finally, a distraction from all that had been going on. She wasn't sure if she was going to share with him what had happen, but simply speaking to Judas gave her a new light to look at rather than darkness. Even with his rude comment, she couldn't help but smile lightly.

RE: Shawshank - Judas - April 03, 2016

Judas cast a glance ahead. If he could just a make run for it, he was sure he could make it. Though he did not know Sage's speed and strength. For all he knew, she could knock him down with ease in short time. His leg muscles tensed, ready to go. But he remained hesitant. Maybe if he distracted her with small talk, he could make it. Yet 'coyote' Judas wasn't too keen on that.

"What's it to you?" he questioned back, not wanting to look her in the eye. He didn't recall injuring her, but he hadn't recalled injuring Malice either. And he saw clearly that he did. He wanted no more guilt. "No one wants me here. Besides, don't you guys have someone else to comfort?" 'Someone you apologized to.' Judas grumbled at the comment in his mind.

RE: Shawshank - Sage - April 11, 2016

Sage wasn't sure how to respond at first, why did they keep him? She hadn't been told exactly why, perhaps for punishment? It didn't matter, Judas was suppose to be in Moonlit, this was just his rehab or something, right? "Not at the moment, no." Comfort, hah. Exactly what she desperately needed, but it seemed unlikely Judas would be giving her any of that. It was such a simple subject anyway, Issun had cheated on her and that was that.

"As I asked before, where do you think you're going?" The yearling inched closer to the coywolf. It was obvious he was trying to leave, but she wanted to him him say it. For him to admit to it.

RE: Shawshank - Judas - April 11, 2016

Judas rolled his eyes, huffing then turning away. A sour look loomed over his face, then a smartass look replaced it as he turned muzzle and face back to her. "To pluck daisies. Want to help frolick in the fields?" he answered sarcastically to Sage's question. "Not like I'm going to go and 'take over the world', or something like that." His ear flicked as that 'goody-goody' voice entered his mind, "Tell her the truth. She deserves to know."

"Shut up" Judas grumbled at the voice, unaware for a second there was company right in front of him.

RE: Shawshank - Sage - April 17, 2016

Sage simply rolled his eyes at his first comments, she couldn't blame him though. Knowing she would respond the same way in such a situation–but she still didn't approve of such actions. Before the Beta could remark back, he muttered for someone to...shut up? The dark fae tilted her head in confusion. It didn't seem to be directed to her, but it may have been. "Excuse me?" she asked, a more confused than offended tone.

RE: Shawshank - Judas - April 17, 2016

Judas went wide-eye a bit, just realizing she heard him say shut up. He knew exactly what he had been doing, yet forgot she was there. Somehow. Silently mouthing a curse, he looked at her in his stuck-up expression."Oh, I wasn't talking to you. You'd know if I were...So, you running along, or shall my ears get tired more?" he asked in a bored fashion. He reached up at one of his ears with a rear leg, then began to scratch as if he had nothing better to do.

Forgot to put his words in italics, since it's bad Judas talking.

RE: Shawshank - Sage - April 19, 2016

Sage was becoming aggravated, her usual aloof self was growing irritated. If Judas was simply acting like this, without the incident involving his attack against her pack members, she'd blow it off, but now she couldn't handle such rudeness. Lifting herself to grow more intimidating, the dark wolf inched closer. "You do not speak to your Beta with such disrespect," her voice was low and harsh, unable to deal with his lack of courtesy.

RE: Shawshank - Judas - April 19, 2016

Judas is just pissing everyone off now, isn't he? And sorry if his two-sided personality thing is confusing at all

Her intimidating appearance surprised the coyote side of Judas. Gave the chance for good Judas to take the reigns and back down, for their sake. He lowered himself, an apologetic look on his face. "Sorry...I'll go back." A string of curses filled his mind from an angered voice as he slunk back to the den he had accomadated. Although, one line in his mind did indrrd frighten him.

"One day, you'll be gone. And it will only be me."

RE: Shawshank - Sage - April 19, 2016

Personally, I looooove Judas's character, even if he gets Sage a bit riled ^^

His instant reaction of submission shocked her, expecting him to snarl back in some form, but of course this reaction was preferred and taken rather well. Her stature changed to a more relaxed one as he entered his den, and trailed behind him slightly. "You're forgiven," thought being a rather merciful wolf Judas was beginning to test his limits, and she hoped he would change sooner or later to a less...disagreeable.

RE: Shawshank - Judas - April 19, 2016

Last posst from me

Judas went straight to his corner he always went to. With 'good' Judas being out, he was rather calm about having been told off by another. That didn't mean the other Judas wasn't grumpy. He was giving curses left and right, his head started to pound. He knew he couldn't hold back the other side, but perhaps sleeping could delay him.

He curled up in his corner, glancing over at Sage. "I promise I won't go anywhere tonight." He then turned his head away. He didn't want to hurt her. He didn't want to hurt anyone, anymore. "Please, leave...I don't want to hurt anyone."

RE: Shawshank - Sage - April 20, 2016

I'll archive!

His promise was one that could be broken, but she decided to believe the coywolf. His second comment made her lower her ears, a sense of pity arose. She did feel sympathy for the man, knowing his mind must be racing. Although she wasn't aware of his bipolar personality wanting to kill all wolves, and his kind other one, she did know he was going through a difficult time. "We'll never abandon you, Judas, just know that."

With that the dark Beta began to leave, and although she never received the comfort she had been looking for, she felt this to be sufficient.
