This is how an angel dies - James - April 24, 2016

enter at your own risk (he will attempt to maim your character)

Something that night changed inside the grey wolf. His mind twisted and turned, memories gone in an instant. When he woke up, there was something off about him. Maybe it was the way he walked; nimbly, as if stalking prey. Or maybe it was his eyes. Oh yes, definitely his eyes. They didn't hold the beautiful night sky in them, but now an endless void. It wasn't just him blocking his emotions from others. It was like he had no emotions.

Just rage.

As he made his way to the borders, there was only one goal. He would kill anything that passed his home. He stalked the borders, ready to obliterate anything that got within a mile.

RE: This is how an angel dies - Maude - April 26, 2016

Scavenging was a familiar task for Maude. Perhaps it was not the same for the other members of the pack (especially Daddy's boy), but hunger wasn't something that was unfamiliar, or even uncomfortable to her. Sure, the caches were low and she needed to fill them, but she could last a few more days. It wouldn't be the first time she slept hungry for weeks on end.

Maude regained a ingrained rhythm of scavenging, moving from one area to the next in an almost circular pattern. She was semi-successful in hunting for sea life — A half-eaten fish and a small crab were the major two successes that she picked up and carried inland as night fell. The pirate hummed a shanty to herself as she looked for the nearest caches, seeing a grey wolf wandering about as she neared a hole she recognized. Ahoy! She called, dropping the two prizes. Fancy a meal, me bucko? I's found these two an' I knows were there's more.

His head turned quickly, trying to find the source of the voice. A low warning growl left his throat, as he was in no mood to chat. Or talk. In fact, he was angry as hell. Anything would suffer his wrath, and if it were to be this pack mate, so be it. Not soon after the warning, he closed the gap between the two and lunged to the stranger's flesh. He bit down, if it were flesh or air, nonetheless.

He was bloodthirsty; for anyone's and everyone's. It was the rush of adrenaline that kept him going, as he was pretty low on food.

RE: This is how an angel dies - Rayen - April 27, 2016

gonna throw Rayen in this

The night was still and quiet around the chocolate female, yet she found herself unable to sleep. With a huff she rose to her feet and began to amble about the territory, hoping to tire herself out and return home to sleep.

Instead she came across a most disturbing sight. Her tail wagged as she began to approach, lips parting to greet the two members whom she had already met. Rayen's words died in her throat, ears flattening and body bristling as James lunged for Maude.

She waited not to see if he would spill blood or miss. She rushed over, moving closer to the soon to be brawling wolves. "Stop!"

Her two catches dropped from her jaws as she jumped back, narrowly dodging the wolf's lunge. She could feel his fangs clamp down on the air near her fur and the action brought malicious life to her eyes. A crazy cackle exited her mouth as she slid into a fighting stance. Oh, ho ho! Yew wanna fight, matey! Then come on, ye pee soaked son of a punk alley harlot! She ignored the cry of Rayen, intent on putting this wolf in his place, unaware of the madness in the other's eyes as her own filled her mind.
