confusion never stops, closing walls and ticking clocks - Corona - September 11, 2016 Not trespassing, just near the border! taggin @Damien Silent eyes flickered from the border to the woods, though the bloodied lines did not frighten her. She had seen it, the looming dark woods, the raven, the god Draco himself in the form of a dragon. Corona left without a word. She followed the sun 'till the night came and then she followed the stars, going nowhere yet leading herself into the great abyss of light and day; day and night. Until she came to the pit stop of souls, the woods lined with the darkness of a thousand generations of decay. Yet, she had been led by the god himself, and she could not turn back. Draco had tested her before and he would do so again; it was his way. Corona would not fail. The Senkensha would search and she would not return until the Dragon was found.
She waited, eyes unwavering from the shadows for the beings within would come to her, Draco had told her so. Whether they knew the whereabouts of the Dragon or not did not matter, He would grant her the right direction as he had thus far. Her eyes flickered. She began to hum. RE: confusion never stops, closing walls and ticking clocks - Damien - September 13, 2016 What was strange about this one was that she hadn't been the kind that cannot wait to disrupt the peace and silence of the forest with their call. She'd stayed quiet on the edges of the forest, respecting the markings and awaiting to be noticed. But for that same reason Damien was unsure about her. How long had she been there, staring into the dark? There was only one way to know. "The ravens will claw your eyes out if you stay that still for too long," warned the master with an eerie calmness to his voice, materializing from the darkness as he walks past the edges of Blackfeather. "Are you looking for something in the shadows?" he asked, and the sly swaying of his tail seemed to blend with the dark around him. RE: confusion never stops, closing walls and ticking clocks - Corona - September 14, 2016 Raven."The Ravens. Ravens, ravens, ravens," She continued to hum. After a few minutes of total silence besides the eerie buzz of her hum, the seer returns to the land of the living. Her eyes flickered from between the dark woods to the being and back again. Horror gripped her body, for the man before him split in two. Two sides of a face; not to be trusted. Corona stood paralyzed, unable to gather the words to speak her wish, for in the presence of the Akuma, one was generally silent. Yet, she could feel her God taunting her, testing her, daring her to push through within her. "Dragon," She uttered, feeling the shadows engulf her form the longer she stood with the man causing her legs to tremble in the slightest. Draco ebbed her on, pushing a voice into her soul that she could not deny.
"I seek the dragon," the girl clarified, her voice steady and her form proud unlike her previous behavior only moments ago. The woman was one with the God himself, driven by the burning need that filled her soul to find the vessel. What the divine spirit wanted, she did not know. Corona did not question when she was called. "You will tell me where the Dragon rests," Her voice detached, demanding in the slightest as if time was slipping away by every breath she took in. It did not occur to the female that not all knew her god, nor of the one true Vessel that shared her immediate bloodline. Asterr was a mortal name, chosen not by the Gods but by those who birthed the Draconid litter. The Dragon had a task set forth from the begining of time, and Corona had a mission graced by the God himself. She would not be confused by tame namecallings, nor would she be stopped by the Devil himself in wolf form. The dark man who lingered within the catacombs of a blood lined wood. RE: confusion never stops, closing walls and ticking clocks - Potema - September 15, 2016 500th post! Woah! O:
There are no dragons here.Potema was close to her brother when the woman called, and she followed, for curiosity's sake she thought. But the woman's words riled her up. The repetition of the word ravens were a hint of the woman's abilities, but her question angered her. Dragons. They were children of Akatosh, the God of Time. The Firstborn and Leader of the Aedra. As a priestess of Mephala, a Daedric Prince, she was a sworn enemy of the Aedra. She stood next to her brother, her body hostile ad she glared at the foreign woman. RE: confusion never stops, closing walls and ticking clocks - Damien - September 24, 2016 Dragon - she'd whispered, and Damien instantly thought of the lair, of Asterr, and he worried. He had told her that none of her followers were to come near the dark forest unless it was important, and given his last encounter with the dragoness and what she'd revealed, there were reasons for him to worry. But the female claimed that the dragon was what she was looking for and that Damien himself was to tell her where it rested. She hadn't been sent by Asterr. So, why was she looking for her? Damien looks around with wary eyes, hoping that no one had seen or listened to the female's words, but somehow he'd missed his own sister approaching. It wasn't usual for the witch to get mad, but she stormed her way up to his side and claimed there were no dragons in Blackfeather Woods. Where had she come from? She couldn't know about Asterr, Damien couldn't allow it, and so the only thing he could do was following his sister's lead. "Leave," he ordered, "Look in the mountains, dragons are not welcome down here," he hinted, trying his best to hide the truth to his sister and matching her expression. |
