Calm and Quiet - Jolon - November 13, 2016

Backdated to I don't even know anymore XD AW <3

He went around the borders of a pack, but had not actively sought attention. He had no time, no idea where he was going and no clue where Judas could be. The salty smell of the sea was stronger here, and so he assumed he was going towards the coast. He supposed he could travel a little safer there, and went on his journey.

Behind the forest lay a field - the flowers wilting because of the cold, and the rest an endless sea of destroyed green. It was not a happy place, he found, but at least it was easy to travel upon. He wondered that at the end of his road he could find a pack - just any pack that might have a clue as to where the rapist was.

She had watched him for a while, the male, yet she did not approach. She had become very, very good at being nothing but a shadow these past few weeks, and followed him. Yet as she slipped between the forest of trees stripped of their foliage, her paw skidded upon the leaves and her form fell with a near silent oomph, a layer of wet, moldering leaves between the seemingly dry ones the culprit.

she rose to her feet slowly, eyes searching for the dark form of the male she had surely alerted with her stumble, and wondering should he come searching for the source of the commotion.

While he had felt slightly uncomfortable, he did not think being followed was the cause. He blamed it on the colder weather - his weary legs and his longing to be back home with his lover. He had no idea he was being followed, nor did anyone truly have a reason for it. He had nothing, he did nothing, and he was out to serve justice to the man who had done something awful. Why would anyone follow him?

His ears flicked backwards at a sound, his head following soon after. in the distance, a tiny, thin female rose. He squinted. Did he know her? Surely not. He did not come out the lair very often. He stood there, still, observing her without saying a word. Was she going to explain herself?

It was oddly quiet, she noticed, the songs of birds hushed. Perhaps her slip and the crunch of too loud leaves had scared away much of the noise, for now. The dark male did not approach, but stopped, and she knew she was the subject of her gaze by a fierce intuition that sent her spine prickling.

"Hello" she said, rather lamely, and made to effort to move. Perhaps he would simply move on, and she depart. She did not care much if he simply walked on, nor did she is he initiated something like a conversation. But she was tiny, scrawny, and did not make the first move in this state.

For a moment, only the wind was what he could hear. The grass tickling his pads, the scent of many and the sea prickling his nose - gaze observing, trying to figure out what had made the woman stumble. His icy gays landed upon the sea of red leafs, and then he returned it to her. Not often did he himself stumble - at least, not physically. Mentally he was a mess, but that did not matter now, did it? He needed to find Judas - needed to return home, to Avannon and Asterr and restore the dragoness' trust in him.

Good day. He called back, finally turning fully to face her. It was no use not telling her what he was looking for - every soul looking for the rapist was one more, and he needed all the help he could get. He moved forward, stopping a little closer to the female. Can I ask you some questions? It's fairly important.
