goodbye june - Bones - April 30, 2014 This is intended for Xi'nuata, though anyone's welcome. :)
Bones stumbled across the territory's borders by complete accident while making her way in the direction of the plateau (cutting straight through the mountains to save time). As soon as she stumbled across the scent markers and recognized them as belonging to Xi'nuata, the youth paused. I can't get sidetracked! she reminded herself. Nonetheless, she hesitated, sniffing around the borderlines curiously. Eventually, she decided she didn't have time for a visit, so she began to trot away from the borders... RE: goodbye june - Ayvo - May 01, 2014 Patrols of his pack's border after a good hunt was a daily chore that now plagued the pale wolf. Normally the patrols were quiet, no events stood out. The only wolf that wander in occasionally was Lecter, but that was normal. They were commanded not to start fights with him, since Ayvo had not personally met Lecter he found the male easy to get along with. While Ayvo was trotting alongside the border a young wolf happened to wander in front of his vision. Gliding through the forest Ayvo quickly made it to his place just as the wolf turned to walk away. "Hey, pup, are you lost?" The snowy male called out to the juvenile beast. RE: goodbye june - Sky Karan - May 02, 2014 Sky was doing a random patrol of the border, for lack of anything better to do, when she came across Ayvo. She was about to say hello, when he said something: "Hey, pup, are you lost?" "Hmm?" Sky mumbled, wondering who he could be talking to. She went over to him, and, to her surprise and delight, spotted Bones, the young wolf she had counseled not too long ago. "Bones!" she called, her tail wagging. "How have you been?" RE: goodbye june - Bones - May 07, 2014 Two voices arrested her, causing her to swing around to face the callers. One was an unfamiliar male with a strange but handsome pelt, the other was the familiar Sky. An impatient voice in her head told Bones she didn't have time to linger here and chat, yet she brushed it aside and walked back to the pair. "Ahoy," she greeted. "I was just passing through. Didn't even know your pack was here. It's like... a secret," she observed with a twitch of gray tail. RE: goodbye june - Ayvo - May 07, 2014 Ayvo couldn't help but tilt his head when the young she wolf spoke. Ayvo being very ignorant off the ways of wolves outside of his birth pack found it curious that the pup spoke in the manner that she did. Ayvo sat on his hunches and smirked at the young wolf. "It's true, our pack is a secret. And it takes a super cunning beast to even find our pack." Ayvo spoke in a playful manner towards the young wolf. He had always enjoyed the company of pups, even if they spoke in odd tones and phrases. RE: goodbye june - Bones - May 16, 2014 I apologize for the delay. Would you like to wrap this up quickly, since Sky's gone and it's badly outdated?
Edit on 5/25: I'm going to quickly wrap this for us. "Oh, really?" she replied, smiling slyly. "I am pretty cunning sometimes!" she declared with a good-natured wink. Her gaze shifted to Sky for a second, though the she-wolf didn't seem to have anything to say, so her attention returned to the male. "I've met Sky before. Who're you? Me name's Bones," the youth introduced with a swish of her gray tail. The trio of wolves chatted for a few moments before Bones remembered the time and insisted she must go. "I'll stop by again sometime!" she promised as she hurried off, tail waving to her two acquaintances until she disappeared into the distance. |
