I saved every letter you wrote me - Aurora Artemis - February 05, 2017 She walked alone across the rock, her icy blue haze trailing over her surroundings tiredly as she searched for her siblings @Cosmos and @Carnation. At the moment she found herself kinda in the mood to play but also just to sit next to someone she trusted. Lately she hadn't been sleeping as much as she should have. Terrible images had begun to haunt her dreams. Nightmares seemed to flash before her every time she closed her eyes to take a nap. So it was understandable why her movements were a little slower than usual and her eyes drooped. Still she did her best to remain happy and that's what playing did for her... it let her forget if just for the moment and maybe she thought if she tired herself out enough, she could have a dreamless sleep. Just a completing darkness. RE: I saved every letter you wrote me - Cosmos - February 07, 2017 Life for the boy wasn't really anything interesting or special. Each day he woke up and each night he went to sleep, anything done in between that time was for the most part insignificant. Nothing particularly interested him and he often found himself annoyed with just about everything going on around him. If someone looked, thought or even breathed within his personal bubble he tended to rage at them, but there were the select few who he could stand to be around. His mother and sisters, while not anything truly special, were the only ones he did not mind being by his side. He understood that they were family, but the importance of that word didn't really mean anything to the boy. As far as he was concerned, family was just a title given to those that were most precious to that individual. It didn't matter if they were related or not, it was a title that could be given and taken at any moment. And Cosmos was one to quickly take when things didn't go his way. "Rora" he called out to his sister while he made his way to stand beside her. He was not close to any of his family but he still felt a strong connection between himself and his inky littermate, a connection he could not yet fully understand. RE: I saved every letter you wrote me - Aurora Artemis - February 07, 2017 Her tail wagged at the sound of a familiar voice and her sleepy gaze shifted to see her creamy furred brother. For a moment she wanted to tell him about the dreams, but then desided against it, for now at least. "Hiya Cos," she chirped back in turn to him. "Whaya doin?" She yawned, her pink tongue curling for a moment, before she then closed her jaws again as she awaited a response from her lighter furred brother. |
