Getting to know you - Feyre - March 20, 2017 Feyre nearly skipped as she padded through the brush of the Golden Glade. A melodic song slipped from her ivory maw, expelling her joy of becoming a pack member. She slipped through the brush, her right paw sinking into the mud on the other side. Her song was cut short as she paused, holding the offending paw high above the ground. She let out a frustrated huff of breath. Shaking the thickest mud off. Her eyes rose to the small brook that had created the traitorous mud currently marring her creamy pelt. She stepped forwards into the water, shaking her paw furiously to be rid of the dirt. With her coat returned to its former hue, she leapt nimbly out of the stream to the opposite bank. This time she avoided the mud, frowning at it before heading on her merry way. A soft spring breeze lead her down along the winding path of the spring. She found herself lost in thought, wondering if the other pack members would accept her. Jhala seemed to take a liking to her. She smiled at the thought, but it faltered when she imagined the others not liking her. Perhaps she would run into some of them? A small smile dreformed on her maw as she paddedd onwards. RE: Getting to know you - Jae-Hyeong - March 23, 2017 The sound of another approaching was clear, though it wasn't until she chose to take a dip in the brook when her appearance grew just as crystal. Watching silently, the golden eyes of our protagonist waited for the blanched woman to remove herself and carry on. The few weeks since arriving hadn't been very social, nor had they been very productive. There was a growing fear in the pit of her stomach that she would soon be removed, meaning she would have to leave behind her waterways and tree stumps, but it wasn't enough to get her to move. Everything away from this was loud and painful and made her feel as though the world around her was closing in on her alone. Nonetheless, she didn't want to be rude. A chuff was released, albeit with a bit of backlash on her end. The sound of her own voice was excrutiatingly amplified, making her close in on herself as she caught her breath. RE: Getting to know you - Tapat - March 23, 2017 Oh boy... :P
Tapat was more eager to explore the territory. Even though the pup suffered from short term memory loss the more often he passed certain locations the more he became familiar with them. It was his mom and dad's scent that helped him. He knew them by heart as he had smelled those scents from his birth. So often he followed their paths. It got him around the territory. The excitable pup was often running around and trying to jump at certain things with too much enthusiasm. He didn't look like a 5 month old since he was small build and had a very youthful way of thinking. He was running over one of the trails when he spotted two pale wolves. Did he know them? Tapat always greeted everyone with the same enthusiasm. "Hello!!," he called out excitedly when he approached them in an excitable gallop. However, then the pup saw the mud around the body of water. His eyes widened in glee and made a jump for it. Tapat landed with a nice belly flop in to the sop of mud, making a wave of mud splatter towards the two pale females. The boy started giggling mischievously. RE: Getting to know you - Feyre - March 26, 2017 Feyre whipped her head around at the sound of a light chuff. The woman was snow-dipped white, but similar to her own ivory. A smile broke free upon her maw as she spoke, "Hello!" Her sweet voice called out. As she padded nearer, she could see the woman's posture. She looked almost as though she was in pain. Not knowing the cause she spoke comfortingly, "Are you alright? Is somthing wrong?" Her sunset eyes brimming with concern. A young voice called out a greeting and she turned. A pup bounded over to the two woman, taking quick notice of the muddy land. Feyre realized too late what the young boy nitended to do as her sprinted to the creek. Her sharp cry as the mud flew through the air was enough to startle even herself. Her bright ivory coat looked speckled now as she looked upon it with disgust. Her emotion quickly turned to that of amusement as she watched the child splash about. "Hello there little one!" She called out with a laugh. RE: Getting to know you - Jae-Hyeong - March 26, 2017 The hyperventilation was the first symptom. The world around her became blurred into an array of colors, though rather than a beautiful aurora, she was left with a muddy shit-show. Next came the muscle spasms. Every inch of her legs, down the reach of her spine, around her face — she clenched into one ball, making the heavy breaths even more painful. The child hadn't meant to disturb her as he had, or at least she didn't think that he had. But the woman? She must have known what she was doing, else she wouldn't have done it. A low growl bubbled in her throat as she whispered to the others, Please, you are so loud. All she wanted was quiet, and if she couldn't get that, then she at least wished to be able to hear the running brook once again. RE: Getting to know you - Tapat - March 27, 2017 Tapat was always met with laughs and smiles. The other wolves always liked him, at least he thought so. It wasn't like he could remember much. He giggled at the female that greeted him however the pup seemed startled with the growl from the other. Tapat rushed to the smiling lady and was accused of being loud. He didn't know he wasn't allowed to be loud. His mother never scolded him for it. After weeks of repetition of things he wasn't allowed to do his long term memory saved it for him. He was small enough to fit under the other lady. He stepped between her front paws and looked at the other. The growl slipped from his mind, forgetting that she was mad at him. For a moment he thought he was standing under his mother but that wasn't the case. He could tell by the female's scent. His murky yellow eyes looked around. "I'm Tapat! Who are you two?,"he asked, perhaps a tad loud again. He couldn't help it, after all his short term memory was at fault. RE: Getting to know you - Feyre - March 27, 2017 Her concerned gaze widened as the woman asked for her to become quiet. Something must be wrong with her ears, as they seemed to be the source of her pain. Seeing her near-kin curled up was too much for Feyre and she frowned solemnly. "My apologies...I didn't know." her voice came out, barely a whisper. They youngling sprinted under her at the other females growl. It shocked Feyre that one would growl at a mere pup. Her own low rumble sounded as she stood protectively over the pup. She may not know him, but there was no way she would not protect him. His bright words shocked her, as he had just been afraid, but she smiled anyways. "My name is Feyre, what is your's little one?" She spoke quietly, looking down at the child. |
