She hadn't seen much of her siblings since recovering from the wound that had warranted so much bed rest, preferring to be out and about rather than near the rendezvous. But when it had occurred to her that morning that she hadn't really spent quality time with her siblings much at all, as of late, she'd beelined towards Pema's den. Even though her own feelings toward the woman were a little less than warm, at the moment, she hoped to meet one of the pups and not the woman herself. 

She had carefully clutched in her jaws a rabbit's pelt she'd spent the morning carefully stripping from the nicest catch of the past day, the fur small, but thick and soft as down. Reaching the rendezvous, she slipped between sleeping bodies and obstacles, searching for one of her younger siblings.
