Pheasant Heat - Nevouku - August 01, 2018
Nevouku was stalking some pheasants, they made for a fun catch. His tail swaying behind him, he planned to enjoy this. How far ahead the pheasants were, he wasn't too sure. Nev had their scent, and that was about it. He licked upon his chops, imagining the taste of the caught pheasant.

Ikkuma was a bit shaken up after encountering the roaming Tartok wolves, and as she headed back across the plateau an in to the heart of the territory which was supposed to be her new home, she came across the scent of pheasant. The girl was eager to vent her emotions, so she bolted along the path where their scents lingered, completely missing the fact that the dark-coated Nevouku was quietly doing the same nearby.

Nevouku paused as he caught sight of movement. Yes, the pheasants. Just ahead. They were jumpy, so going for it from here would be a mistake. He would have to bide his time, and slowly he was moving in. Stalking through the brush, aiming to get close enough to make a dart at them.
