So like, if two in-game coyotes mate during breeding season, can they OOCly create offspring to be adopted and played?

Two wild fauna characters can breed and produce adoptable children, I *think* the only condition is that it has to be during the natural breeding season but now that we have a set breeding season on-site that might be diffrent. :O
They also need CM approval (since WF cannot join packs).

They need CM approval, similar to how a LW would, but yes, they would be able to post in PPS and adopt them out.
They (coyotes) are held to the same rules and restrictions as wolves, in terms of breeding season and litter logistics.
