Sugar, spice, and everything.. wait - Cupcake - December 30, 2018 Somewhere along the way Cupcake is sure something will look familiar. Man, he thinks to himself while biting the bottom of his lip, am I hella lost. I wonder what Hambone is doing. He stops to nose at a fallen bough and can't help but feel spooked by the trees. It is like they are leaning in, peering at him. It doesn't help the wind is whipping through them, and it kind of sounds like the neighbors blasting screamo music at four in the morning again. These trees don't look like the suburbanite, meticulously groomed trees he is accustomed to, but he's optimistic. Things had a way of turning out in his favor always, and he's sure that his newest adventure will have plenty of exciting things in store for him. He shakes off the feeling that the trees are watching him, and makes his way past a line of snowed in elms. Their weighed down boughs look much less intimidating than the clustered trees behind him. He slips under a low hanging bough with a sigh that has been waiting a long time to be released. It's not quite home, but it's better than open land and Cupcake is glad for the shelter. Wish Hambone was here. RE: Sugar, spice, and everything.. wait - Cry - December 31, 2018 Cry had always kept as diligent of an eye out as he could, patrolling and rubbing himself amongst the frosted timbers. There had been many who came, and quite a few who were either unwilling to deal with there being wolves set to live here, or some who needed a place to stay. Some had come to the Keep’s ‘borders’ just inquisitive of who all were here. But Cry was personal and chose not to share so much info with the strangers. Carrying a retired grouse in his maws, he settled down to eat the meal, only to have dark auds catch the middle of movement. Immediately the Assassin stopped and buried his keep, rising to find out what made such motion into their woods. Seeing a figure trot right through the first helm of woods, Cry called out to them. “Hello.” |
