Adrift the laced lingerie of Time - Zafina - December 30, 2018

Imprisoned, banished, into a nexus of my own design...
Now Time mocks me, and my sentence is Gravity.

A spirit glossed across the nightly grounds of Sunspire Mountains. A sashay of unending determination, but determination to do what? It seemed there was no path, no goal, not even an idea for this shade with limbs...
But on they walked.

Moonlight screamed silently across the rocky outcrop, passing painfully over the scaffolding of dreadfully midnight plumes the heavens were dressed with. A nude breeze pushed over the world, and the Goddess felt it all. She, the void sheathed gypsy who seemed to find home after home, only to find them unsuitable for her taste, or rupture and fall apart at her very paws. Her latest run in had proven she could find very few to trust; her limbs were sore from the entire run she had to endure. Savage dogs, some awful mortals claiming she was their next wench for the night. Her? A Goddess? She dwelled in no such handlings.

A glimmer there in the night skittered a star amongst her oil-slick silhouette. A smile as she recalled her swift capability to take two of the degenerates down before they had even known how swift such a small body could be. She was Zafina! Her name itself translated to "Victorious"! The other deities oversaw the Goddess' triumph, aiding her when she needed to flit from humane to unforgiving. This was how it was meant to be; especially after they had trapped her in this pitiful plane. There was nothing for her, here. Nothing at all.

Petite shadows worked together to pull this catalyst along, a cascade of ebony shimmering as tidal waves would while moonlight greeted her then bid her farewell. Up a mound of granite and other jagged stones as she leapt upwards. Her interest in this mountain's peak was of spiteful intent originally...yet now, she only wanted to be closer to home. The stars were as close as she could get...

yet she held back from touching those, as well.

She recalled from a faroff memory, one that in all reality was a dream, but the Goddess would swear it was real until her final breath. Zafina had swam amongst the stars so many times, she was in love with with them. Especially the Magnetars. She had a fondness for dwarf planets as well, whom she'd watched be repeately massacred aparet only to either blister away onto an asteroid field or be reformed into a planet, one much stronger and heartier.

Zafina was clueless that this was truly how things went, but her imagination ran wild with her 'original life'. She knew that universe she was in, along with how many she hadn't seen versus how many she had. Her Family, the Original Celestials, they had punished her, forcing her to live this lifeless existence on this pathetic planet in this lowly for.

"Nu valia buti fahka veek, ir tikazi Nu eile va, ya payuwr valia alga."

Zafina atleast appreciated the breeze that crossed her weary limbs. But she knew to replenish her health and energy, she would have to take the health and energy from another. Some prey animal, or anything that was of ease to her. Apparently food did not up and appear, nor was brought to her by lesser gods. No, the Celestials forced her to work for this, as well. To teach her rightful arrogance, manners. The tricolored woman felt her ire bloom deceptively in her heart. But this was not helping her...

She would either need food soon, or to commune with her Ancients to bring about something for her.

RE: Adrift the laced lingerie of Time - Vonnaruil - December 30, 2018

super lame post because i have to brb, sorry!

If Stigmata's morbid interest had been to nudge a surely-dead soul, then the Soothsayer's own was to ascend the spire from which he'd fallen from up on high. To him, it was perfectly logical; to others, when he proposed this, seemed to believe him inconceivable. Regardless of the muted ache in his body, he forged ahead, muscles straining in such a task; one that, more often than not, was but an after-thought of a second nature.

This climb was whelp's play, but it left him sorely laboring and gritting his teeth. The old pang in his pale skull became more pronounced as he finally, haltingly, tugged himself into the mountains' peak. With no sheep in sight and all but the soft wind to accompany him, he stepped down from the crags and began his single-minded pursuit.

If anything, it was something to do, even if he was unable to track himself down from the previous eve; something to help keep him averted from the presence of others... until he became familiar with them again. With living.

Whether it be his intention or his repulsion, he wound up amidst her presence. His scrambling across rocks was noted by the goddess as nails clicked against icy stone, dug into past wounds Time had inflicted upon it’s face. The mountain hid nothing from her, as even the breeze carried his labored breath directly into her aud’s range. Her snout hadn’t twitched even in the slightest as the helix of winter’s exhales brought his cologne across her, and hers across his. Notably she had precariously made it regular to bathe herself, but as she had seemed to always be on the run, she would potentially smell of earth, sweat, and heat. It mattered little to her as of now; her attention was to remain across the blanket of sky above her, just so that she might have a peek into her home.

Clouds however, forbade her persistence and shut her view off. The Celestials seemed to wish for her departure as they forced the temperature even lower than what she had only tediously worked to become accustomed to. Zafina was vexed he their neglect, by she was also struck by home sickness. This would make her vengeance so much more worthwhile.

There had been rumors that another God had been struck down to this plane, and the timeframe between such had been forsaken, cursed to walk these lands with her. The Celestials has not parted any other information as to who, nor what they were judged to be. However, the Gods could have been lazy, and chose the lupine as another catalyst for her fellow Cursed One. Who knew?

Making up her her mind, the Divine turned to address this wanderer, aware of what sex they were, what intervention they had with others, or lack of rather, and finally as she laid heartstoppingn garnets across them, what color they seemed to be. As he made his way up and over the heard of the peak’s entrance, Zafina had noticed this soul much more than any ordinary individual. For one, despite the mask of midnight the face of this planet had to endure, he shone like the Sultan of Immaculation. And as she hadn’t connected the two prior, his cologne was much more than a plain clean being, as with him petrichor was present and pungent. He seemed to be quite famliliar to her regardless of her never having seen nor knew of him.

Hello,” she greeted him, transferring over to the regular tongue these savage wolves spoke with the ease of a native. Her word, her voice itself, was a vocal wisp of durable yet delicate existence, a ribbon which would either grace over you with enticing evocation, or bind you with relentless pressure. As she stood, rising smoothly to all fours, she was clearly at ease in his presence, purposefully ignorant of the untrusted of the Wolf species and their finicky mindset.

Zafina feared none - and this was applied to the man who had come to her solace.
