hello! I was wondering: would lone wolf breeding rules apply to pledged wolves?

Yes. “Pledged” groups are considered unofficial groups until full formation (which is once the pack subforum goes up). It is really more of an OOC title to help groups form. Meaning until they are an official pack, LW rules and restrictions on breeding (and survival) still apply.
