place for my head - Baelfire - March 27, 2019

ooc; bael has arrived in camp! all welcome!

after the mess at the border involving the girl with the mangled tail, he was on his way finally to the camp of these denizens. whether the girl had been accepted was still messy due to timelines. at least he had gotten there to help. in his jaws was the remnants of the herbs he had gathered so far. most had been used on healing the girl at Treason's request. but he still had a sizable amount. though... he supposed he would have to go out again and collect more.

not that he minded such a thing. plants were better than people in his opinion. Baelfire didn't want the awkward conversation that came with finding a new place to play house. no doubt the people here would poke their noses from their dens and barrage him with stupid questions. he kept to the outskirts of camp at first, hesitant at being bombarded potentially. he didn't do so well with crowds since leaving the underground.

but one by one, his steps carried him into Lost Creek Hollow's camp. on instinct, he'd have to find a den for himself and somewhere to store his plants. maybe he'd finally get his dream of making a garden outside of it... he was so absorbed in thought that he failed to notice if another had approached.

RE: place for my head - Rannoch’s Ghost - April 04, 2019

Rannoch was the one who had approached as Baelfire's mind meandered. He had spotted the newly-recruited wolf from a distance and had decided to introduce himself.  "Hey there," he greeted, pausing at a conversational distance from the other, "My name is Rannoch—one of the two Leaders of this territory." Treason had howled recently about a new joiner, and Baelfire's description matched.

Rannoch had been distracted himself, as he had been out stretching his legs in preparation for his next baby-watching shift. Although he couldn't stay long, he figured meeting one of the newest Recruits wouldn't hurt.

ooc; thanks for joining in!

his thoughts left just as quick when the other would come. his head turned, seeing an ashen man approach him. he was quick to offer words, words that Baelfire quietly took in before adding his own. he'd shift his body first, facing the other properly. "Baelfire" he'd grunt, uncertain on how to handle addressing a leader. "good to meet you, Rannoch" Treason had been very casual even if she was still the beta. he supposed he'd ask who the other one was. the leader. "who... is the other alpha?" nothing wrong with getting his facts straight.

RE: place for my head - Rannoch’s Ghost - April 10, 2019

Baelfire—it was a strong name, and Rannoch wouldn't misremember it. "It's nice to meet you, Baelfire. Welcome to Lost Creek Hollow." To answer the newest recruit's question, Rannoch replied, "My best friend, Terance. I'm surprised you didn't see him at the border—that's usually where you can find him." He wondered what his fellow leader was doing, but the thought was quickly replaced by his curiosity.

"What brought you to our pack, Baelfire?" he asked, genuinely curious to learn about the hollow's newest member.

of course! sorry for the delay!
