Should I Stay or Should I Go - Cordelia - May 11, 2019

Again she woke from her slumber without company. It had been nearly three days now since she had seen Dawson. Previously his absences had only extended to one-day maximum. But as she woke for the third time her nerves would not rest. This wasn't like Dawson, or at least what Cordeila know of Dawson.

He had stated previously that they were to arrive at their destination within the next few days, yet here she remained. Restricted to the makeshift den Dawson had dug under an uprooted tree. Preceding this occurrence she had only left the confines of a den once, causing Dawson some displeasure. He hadn't expressed his grievances openly or directly, but she knew he would have preferred her to stay. But wasn't this different? Did the burden fall on him to return in a timely manner for him to ask of her such?

With her injuries fully healed now she though a venture out for some food would be an acceptable excuse. She trotted through the sugar maple she had grown up with and had been infused into her scent. Excavating possible rodent or foul game.

RE: Should I Stay or Should I Go - Athanasius - May 23, 2019

Would it be ok to forward date the given what happened what Athan did to Dawson?

The strigoi was vaguely aware of the presence of packs. He knew better than to trespass. But as for keeping track, he barely paid attention to their politics, to their rises and falls. He was not his family, so immersed in intrigue and politics. Rather than follow Mephala and her scheming Athan followed... Molag Bal, he supposed. It was he who gave the gift of vampirism to the world and Athan supposed that with his very presence he honored the Lord of Brutality, but Athan participated in no active worship. He didn't seek out specific prey in the honor of the Harvester of Souls. He lived for survival's sake alone.

So he had the vague sense that a pack had once been here, but nothing more than that. Now instead of veering around the Glade, he strode into it with little though for encroaching on claimed territory.

At least, so he initially thought. A wolf's scent hung heavily around the area, thick with age. A den.

He could see the occupant rooting around the den. Athan froze, holding back. He was more than capable of overpowering her, but he wanted to gauge the situation first. Hello, He said, nodding at the young woman.
