I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vanity - June 13, 2019 Perhaps @Vegas?
The woman was bored.
But as of late, she'd been entertaining herself with watching these borders grow weaker and weaker. Today she passed into the land having seen no sign of leadership or patrols. No guardians or hunters, scouts nor visitors. She prowled over the stale, scent leeched sand. This was free land now. Vanity browsed through the oceans disposals. Seaweeds, shells, stones. Some were very pretty, some were not. An orangy-grey thing scuttled across the sand and under a rock. Vanity, ever in the mood for a game, lept at it, catching a leg and pulling it out. It sat bewildered on the ground, pincers up. Not knowing it could hurt, she went in for the kill and promptly got a snipped. She reeled backward with a shout of "What the fuck?!" Prowling around this now dangerous-labeled crustacean. She wanted to eat it, though it tasted like the sea. Could it be eaten? She hoped so. Darn thing. RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vegas - June 13, 2019 thank you dear!
in his weeks living upon oceans breath, vegas had become accustomed, if at least not familiar, with the various and strange creatures that roamed the sand and shore. he had followed his customary path down the slopes from his den and onto the beach, taking a morning walk as had become his routine. what once had seemed a place of solitude had quickly become one of frequent visitors. initially he had expected to be irritated by this, but with the varieity of characters he had come across he grew a bit of a thrill in his throat whenever his blue eyes lit upon the sight of another canine. today, it was a woman whose fur had him baffled at first. black as the pitch of a burnt tree trunk, her face held markings of a start white. He paused in his tracks long enough to watch her struggle with one of those firey orange-red creatures which he had come to know as a crab. this strange, bug-like sea animal weilded its ominious pincers wildly enough to apparently pinch the young woman, warranting an exclamation of profanilty from her. a stifled chuckle escaped him, which he tried to halt by placing his wrist-paw by his lips but he was almost certain she had heard the mocking noise he had made. hello, he greeted softly, hopng not to startle her further. those things... crabs... they can be tasty. if you can kill them without getting your nose pinched off. RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vanity - June 13, 2019 Her gaze turned to the source of greeting, her tongue swiping out to lick her throbbing nose.
"Crabs, eh?" She repeated, looking back to the creature that sat prone, probably reveling in its tiny victory over her. "Pequeño diablo." She bestowed the name on the thing. Crab. She scrunched her nose up at it, a fresh wave of throbbing accompanied the movement. She looked back to her accomplice, wanting to know more about him. "So I was correct in assuming it was edible." Useful information if she was to live a coastal life like Val was hell-bent on. She gave the man an off-hand grin, "What's your name then, ocean man?" She teased since he clearly knew more about this territory than she. RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vegas - June 13, 2019 the woman looked down at the crab wth something in her eyes, perhaps defeat and perhaps amusement; vegas could not tell. She uttered a few words in a language that vegas was lost on, causing him to cant his head to one side out of curiosity. before he could ask her about her strange manner of speech, however, she addressed him with a half smile. you have to have able to uh, crach their shells open. their meat is good, especially the legs, and fun to chew on. a small, soft snicker left his lips. he quieted when she referred to him as "ocean man," and felt a sense of pride swell in his chest. he had been by the sea for a month or so, but the idea that he could be deemed a dweller of the ocean was a happy one. my name is Vegas, miss. and yours? RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vanity - June 14, 2019 She tilted her head then looked back to the sea devil, her ears cupped forward in interest.
How would she get past those pincers? Perhaps she should ask Vegas to show her. Her gaze tilted back to his joyful face, her smirk spreading to her eyes. Ah, so she'd snared the fish. "I'm Vanity." She took a step closer to him, looking back to the potential meal, "could you show me how? I'd rather not get beaten up by an insect." She laughed softly, the sound equal to a calmed ocean. Besides, she wanted to see what he could do. Perhaps recruit him. RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vegas - June 14, 2019 She needed advice. Vegas' smirk faltered a bit as she stepped closer. He wished to help the pretty young woman, but there was an inkling discomfort growing in him. Um... he spoke thoughtfully, chewing the corner of his lip. He had done this before, but never with a spectator, and never with one he wanted to perhaps impress a little bit. here. With this, he loped down the beach a ways, blue eyes glancing to and fro. At last he found what he was looking for - a sea rock, one large enough to grasp in his jaws, but small enough to carry. Vegas picked it up, pivoted, and carried it back to the ebony-furred she-wolf. hang on... he prepared her, and waited for the pincer-weilding crab to stop scuttling back and forth before the pair of predators, still waving its claws. At just the right moment, the snowy wolf dropped the rock upon the crab with a thud and a dull crack, pinning the now injured sea-bug in place. now just put your front paws on it, and push as hard as you can. its shell will crack, and it will die. he took a step back in case she needed help. RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vanity - June 14, 2019 He was nervous, it was clear to see. But not because she was threatening, she was sure. The serpent within her coiled, glad to see she still had an effect on men. Besides, he was rather dashing now, wasn't he.
She watched him lope away, seemingly intoxicated with an idea. She kept the crab in the area, wary of its pincers now. Vegas came back with a rock. Her ears cupped with interest. Then he dropped the rock on the creature. Perhaps one would see it as cruel but this was the wild. The wild was to eat or be eaten -- and wolves were the eaters. She followed his instruction, pressing down hard and digging her blunt nails into the shell until - crack - she went through the shell and the legs of the crab stopped moving. She tilted her jeweled gaze to meet his deep, bright blue. Noticing how is changed throughout the iris. "So now you just eat it?" She asked, her tail waving softly. She wanted to share it with him, for his efforts. Perhaps give him more. She loved to give more. RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vegas - June 16, 2019 vegas took a few steps back to watch her. she did as he had instructed her to, pressing dulled claws against the back of the wriggling creature until the loud crack announced its death. the gaze she fixed upon him was not something he had antcipated however. he had noted the color of her eyes, but the shock of ruby red that met his face had him dumbfounded for a moment. he was lost, but only for a second, as her second question registered in his mind. y-yes, he spoke with a half grin. I can hold it down for you while you rip the legs off. like I said, they're nice to chew on... vegas snickered. then while you're eating those I can break the shell of the body open and you can eat the meat inside. He cocked a brow at her, awaiting her approval. RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vanity - June 16, 2019 Her serpentine smile coiled, moving around to allow him room.
They worked together to open and eat the crab. She, of course, offered him some. It was good. Salty but a bit sweet. Perhaps it would turn into her favourite treat; she'd find out. It certainly had potential. Once they were done, she drifted closer to him and, if allowed, pressed her shoulder to him and touched her nose to his cheek. Forward and possibly dangerous but she didn't care. He seemed intoxicated with her. "Thank you," she murmered, close to his ear. She wanted to see what buttons she pressed did what. RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vegas - June 16, 2019 the pair worked together to consume an otherwise difficult meal. once they had finished, and all that remained were shells and the more unappealing portions of guts, the ebony beauty of a woman moved close to him, brushing her shoulder against his. her lips moved close to his ear and with a soft "thank you," sent shivers up his spine. he turned slowly to her, not wanting to show how startled he was by her sudden closeness and gratitude. you're welcome, he responded softly, and with a small grin. did you enjoy it? RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vanity - June 17, 2019 She hummed softly with contentment.
The ocean, the birds. The lingering taste on her tongue was something new and beautiful. Pressed up against a man she would rather like to keep in her clutches. He would likely be able to take whatever desires she had. She'd rather bestow them on him than Alula. Ah, sweet Alula. "Very much," she replied. Her tongue snaked out to lick her lips as she now pressed her hip to him. He was warm and soft. She'd spent a long time traveling alone. She closed her eyes. No, she shouldn't. Right? RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vegas - July 18, 2019 @Vanity so sorry for the wait. very much. the words were a soft coo in his ears. his eyes were half-lidded as he threw a small glance towards her. It had been a long time since a woman had spoken to him in such a way. Too long. Her hip pressed against his, the warmth of her body so close to him awakening something primal. It was a feeling both sweet and shameful. Part of him wanted to excuse himself, his morality deeming this the most respectful thing to do for her, but said morality was rapidly losing its grip on him. Vegas lifted his snout and sniffed softly at her ear for a secod, before gently nibbling, the taste of her enough to drive him mad. RE: I'm gonna lay my favorite shirt out neat - Vanity - July 23, 2019 She almost crooned at his touch, licking her lips in anticipation. Damn, it felt good.
She could. She tucked her nose under his chin, softly licking and nibbling at him. her tail thumping the sand and starting to feel rather hot. A warm stirring deeper than in her stomach. More between her legs. She leaned up to his ear, "I want you. Is that ok?" She was asking him. He seemed to probably be too young for experience so asking was best. Did he want this too? To be joined in this one-time heat. She felt that squirming desire clench. She loved this. |
