Is there any way to get a pup account back - Moonshadow - August 30, 2019
I haven’t spoken to the player since May 19th and yes I’ve read the rules on pup accounts but i just want to know if there is either a way to contact the player or get the account back. :)

Have you tried messaging them on Discord?
Unfortunately we do not do reclaiming for puppies anymore unless the request is done in maintenance by the puppy account. If you don’t hear from them unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

Yeah I messaged them about once every two weeks and nothing but it’s okay just thought I’d ask.
