bone chill - Reiner - October 06, 2019 Backdated to before BWP3.
The Bull is having no luck in finding others. Perhaps he ought to extend the reach pass the sand and sea, stick his feet in the Slough again and find the next unexpecting target. But he’s got… company now, if you could call her that. The entire plan had been to piss on her parent’s parade when they came to pick her up, but it seems no one is looking. Or at least, they aren’t finding. So the Bull does as he pleases, he takes the child under his wing; gives her food when he can spare or find it. The weather’s getting weird, too. It’s odd for the Bull to worry about anything, but here he is… sitting, worrying. RE: bone chill - Wraen - October 13, 2019 Wraen had known the existence of Shadewood Keep, but had missed the part, where it had disbanded and disappeared. She had come to the plot, which the keep wolves had claimed, during a scouting mission in the vicinity of the coast. Scents had faded, but unlike everywhere else, it did not seem that they had suffered from the bad weather and earthquakes that caused unrest and damage elsewhere. She sniffed around and remained there for a little while, until she felt sure that there was no one around and then continued her way back home. Iktome plains were a teritory that she had not frequented, but that turned out to be surprisingly useful. Sheltered from the raging waters at the oceanside, falling rocks and mudslides from the mountains, the little critters had found their sanctuary here. She feasted on lemings and mice, and with a pleasant weight inside her belly and cheered up spirits she moved along. Wrapped in her thoughts about, how good it would be to bring children here to hunt, she entirely missed that a certain distance away there was a wolf of formiddable looks and size sitting and observing the surroundings. RE: bone chill - Reiner - October 19, 2019 Maybe he ought to casually stride outta here, with @Astrid in tow. The pup probably won’t be picked up any time soon, by the look of it. The Bull should have expected it, given that his own upbringing teems with abandonment. No matter how rare it is for him to tuck tail and run, he isn’t quite ready to die yet. His destiny is either on the battlefield or old and grey—an unfitting, peaceful death. His ears twitch at the sound of footfalls, hellfire eyes flickering towards the woman a moment later—caring little to approach. The Bull nonetheless rises to his feet. RE: bone chill - Wraen - October 23, 2019 The giant with the flame-colored eyes seemed to emerge from the ground itself. Wraen caught sight of the movement and, when she realized, what it was, she was too near to pretend that she had not seen anything. The Sovereign measured the other with a gaze, did not like the conclusions her brain derived from, what the eyes saw. "Hello," she greeted him kindly, hiding her unease behind a perfect mask of politeness. "Did not see you there. Do you live here?" the most perfect small-talk. For the time being she thought it important to buy herself time by keeping the conversation going. She decided she did not feel comfortable in the beast's company and after swapping few more empty phrases, hastily left. |
