ирээрэй - Enkhtuya - December 26, 2019 The plains were barren and empty. Even the expected occasional prey animal seemed to be hiding. A thick sheet of snow covered the land. Tuya didn't mind any of this. She was hunting- hunting for a place to find calm, peace, maybe meditate, and the plains seemed good enough. Empty, quiet and cold. She traveled through them, paws causing a crunch in the snows, until she felt it was right and settled herself down on the ground in a sit. Eyes close- possibly leaving her open to danger but connecting her to the spirtual world. Her muscles ease, tension exiting her shoulders, letting her limbs loosen up."ом," Hums forth from her lips, calming her as she meditates in the open."ом." RE: ирээрэй - Ripper - December 26, 2019 He pursued the prey with a sense of victory. It would not escape him. He continued to chase it closing the distance slowly. He was about to lunge forward and grab it but he picks up the scent of another wolf. He knew it was close. In the time he thought of this he slowed down. This gave the prey time to slip into a hole in the ground. Darn it. This wolf cost him his hunt. They would pay dearly for this. He followed the scent until he saw the wolf. They appeared to be meditating. He took a chance and started moving quietly towards the wolf. Taking great care to step lightly to avoid the crunch of snow. He steps on a thorny stick and before he can stop himself lets out a quick yelp of pain. He knows he has given himself away and prepares for an attack. He growls softly. RE: ирээрэй - Enkhtuya - December 26, 2019 First a yelp. "ом," she tries once more, hoping the stranger would not disturb her. But then came a soft growl, and ever-so-reluctant, she opens her eyes and turns. He was a dark man, older than her with the marks of a warrior upon his face. His eyes were unique- one dark, one red. She gazed into them with interest for only a moment, but then she spoke, unafraid of his growl. "That yelp. It was you- are you hurt?" She hums warmly, wondering if she must help someone once again. Of course she would not mind, to pluck yet another thorn from the paws of a stranger. "And why do you growl, stranger? Have I done something?" She wonders. She was not looking for a spar today- in search of peace, really- but if one arised she would not hesitate to defend herself with everything she had been taught. RE: ирээрэй - Ripper - December 26, 2019 He considered his options. He could let go of the fact that this wolf cost him his meal and leave. He could try to be friendly and actually make a friend. His last option was to attack because he was hungry and now he had no meal. He decided to go for the las option because his hunger was making him extremely irritable. He growled again and began circling the wolf looking for an opening. He left the wolf plenty of time to defend themselves. He never liked an unfair fight. He still circled but closed it until he was within 5 yard of the wolf then he charged. RE: ирээрэй - Enkhtuya - December 26, 2019 There were no words from the stranger. It seemed he wanted to spar, as he began to circle her. Very well then- she was up on her feet in no time, fur bristling upon her spine, her already-giant figure fluffed up even larger. She noticed the man give her extra time- he had had his chance to attack when her guard was down. She figured then, that this was only a practice spar of sorts- nothing too serious, if he was not taking that opportunity, but rather allowing her to rise and gain an equal start. The man began his charge toward her, and she braced herself for attack- hoping to duck down so that he would only get a nip of her ears perhaps. Hopefully then, she would be able to bring her jaws back up and get a bite in somewhere. RE: ирээрэй - Ripper - December 26, 2019 He aimed for the front left leg of the wolf hoping to break it so they couldn't move. He noticed the lack of aggressiveness in the other wolf. He also took notice of the fact that they hadn't shown any signs of violence. He still continued his attack and he tried to bite down on the front left leg. RE: ирээрэй - Enkhtuya - December 26, 2019 She huffed when she felt his teeth come into contact with her upper leg- her duck of the neck to the side did little, as his target was not as she had predicted. But rather than let him use too much force on her leg, she used his position to her advantage. Now that his jaws clung to her leg, she would lean her head down and attempt to bite at his ears- maybe his neck if she could reach it. RE: ирээрэй - Ripper - December 26, 2019 He felt jaws clamp on his neck. He wanted to yelp in pain but he couldn't afford to let go of the leg. He realized he needed to get on top of this wolf to win. He attempted to push the wolf on to their hind legs. This would force them to let go of his neck from the position and it would make them easier to nock over. He tried to push up on his hind legs. He tightened his grip on their leg as well. RE: ирээрэй - Enkhtuya - December 26, 2019 A rush of satisfaction at her little success coursed through her blood as her jaws met his neck. She would not bite down hard enough to genuinely injure- but she would not hold back from drawing a bit of blood. Then he began to push her over, forcing her jaws back away from his neck. It would be no easy task- she was a large and sturdy boulder of a girl. Nevertheless, it wasn't enough to entirely bowl her over, but enough for her to lose her balance, as she stumbled on her back feet. Not wanting to risk a fall onto her spine, she carefully took a couple of steps backward away from him to regain her coordination, yanking her leg away from his jaws with full force, with the consequence of leaving a deeper wound. Now a few feet away from him, she would attempt to leap at him and essentially tackle him, if she could. RE: ирээрэйz - Ripper - December 26, 2019 He took the tackle and used it. He rolled into it and kept them rolling until he found an opening and stoped them. He flipped his body around and came out on top. He decided he wanted to end it here. He raised his paw and tried to give her a swipe across the stomach. He aimed to do some damage but not much. RE: ирээрэй - Enkhtuya - December 27, 2019 Her tackle worked only for a moment, but then the two began to roll and she could see where this was going. Still, he managed to get the upper hand as he found a place to halt their rolling where he came out on top. Blunt claws met her stomach, and once again she felt that he was not using the full of his force. That gave her some relief. At least he had no intention of killing her. But still, the pain there stung. She was ready to accept defeat if it meant she could get on in her travels and find a different place to meditate. "Okay. You win. Free me," She croaks. Perhaps a warrior shouldn't accept defeat or beg but, what was she fighting for? She saw no reason to continue if she could make her exit here. RE: ирээрэй - Ripper - December 27, 2019 He got off her and walked away. |
