We see what we believe. Not the other way around. - Belharra - January 22, 2020 @Dirge - I was going to hop into your AW here, so here is a new thread instead
Being a loner had its perks, but Belharra often wanted for company. She liked that snake-man back in the woods - he had a dangerous glint to him. She imagined he'd make a fine ally, but a terrible friend: she hadn't stuck around long enough to find out. Picking her way through the prairie, Belharra was overwhelmed with how boring it was. Just snow. Some disingenious mounds of white, who knew what was beneath them. The occasional bedraggled tree, that looked like it had been rinsed in scalding water and pressed. Nothing about the prairie made her want to live here. It was bad enough she was walking through it. So to pass time, Belharra fell into a little song. "there's things I hate, and things I canny' stand like turned catfish and a belligerent man oh but there's plenty o' things I love noice full belly and the coo uv a dove but one thing I refuse to like is the endless FUCKING WHITEof this awful goddamned plains boring is, just as boring as any other naaaaaame!!!" Her voice rose to a high pitch the further she went, but one thing was clear: at least Belharra was amusing herself. |
