the false understanding of life - Ying - March 25, 2020 March 26 — Announcements! Non-mandatory. New rounds every 72 hours (starting after 3+ members join), no post order.
Butterflies, not babies. She quieted her anxiety and began walking across the sandbar, meeting Huā along the way. Ying asked how her sister was feeling and, if allowed, snuck a few nudges to the growing bump. The pair settled atop a small mound, whispering to one another their girlish musings. It had been some time since they'd had a moment such as this; Ying enjoyed the change, and hoped that this might mark a permanent shift. She tilted her head to call for the others. The summons weren't demanding, but encouraged the members to join the sisters for their afternoon announcements. RE: the false understanding of life - Huā - March 25, 2020 Huā giggled girlishly when her sister poked at her baby bulge, but soon quieted down as they settled at the meeting point. The siren was almost as nervous; she knew how some of the subordinates had felt, not too keen on their ranks. And here she was, promoting someone- but Ying deserved it, and she trusted her more than anyone to serve as empress when Huā was too bloated and emotional to do so. So she would sit to her sister's side, quiet, as she awaited the arrival of the people. And let Ying run the meeting. RE: the false understanding of life - Aiolos - March 27, 2020 A very familiar call sounded, one of Ying. Though she was not calling for Junshi particularly, but for wolves of Yuelong. Another hunt, perhaps? The tone did not sound dire so he did not think something bad had happened yet made way curiously. Hua was at her side along the sandy beaches. Well this was... interesting. It was not long ago Hua said she did not trust Ying, was afraid for her life, perhaps. Now they sat so closely together? The change was so drastic that Aiolos paused when he saw them, trying quickly to tear the look of confusion over his features. Hello to you both, Empress, Genju.(He didnt know of course) he spoke as he came into closer proximity and settled down before the pair of sisters. RE: the false understanding of life - Ruvik - March 29, 2020 The summons for the pack had sent a bolt of fear through Ruvik's heart. With Augustus, a pack - if you could have called the cult a pack - meeting had always meant a celebration, or a sacrifice. Either were equally as terrifying, as both occasions meant The Savior would be present. There she would watch them in her silent way. Watching, waiting. Here, though, here he was safe. The sandbar acted as a bridge - a gate, even - and foolishly Ruvik had begun to believe the ocean would purposefully wash away any who crossed it with intent to harm those of Yuèlóng. For there had been nothing to suggest otherwise so far. Answering the summons with his presence, Ruvik timidly approached the three wolves with a bowed head and body slung low. Of the two perched upon the mound in the sand, it was Huā he immediately recognised, and he greeted her with a nervous wave of his tail before turning to the paler woman at her side. Compared to the graceful looking leader, the other was outright bulky - a warrior, no doubt - while the same could be said for the tall, copper-coated male who proudly sat before them. Trying not to draw attention to himself, Ruvik crept up to seat himself in front of the two women, at a distance from his much larger pack mate. RE: the false understanding of life - Ying - April 10, 2020 是那个男孩?the unfamiliar member's unwillingness to join the group communicated coldness, and were it not for his submission, ying might have taken offense. she stared at him for a moment, finally nodding for him to move closer before the announcements began. she cleared her throat and began: i am going to help hua for the season. now, we are both leading.their responsibilities may have differed, but each sister held their value. ying looked over her shoulder at hua, wondering if she had anything to add. tell who you see. everyone is not here, and okay, but they should all know. RE: the false understanding of life - Huā - April 23, 2020 sorry for the wait and the shitty post yall I'm just tryna grind through owed stuff and I didnt realize it was my turn here :c
Aiolos was greeted with a warm nod, Ruvik the same, though each presented themselves very differently. In time, she hoped, Ruvik would learn to develop the confidence of his fellow men. For now, he was mousey- which made him clear to Ying, she supposed, and her sister was given a hush-hush hum of affirmation. As the new empress continued, Huā would keep herself out of the spotlight, remaining casual and quiet though her heart beat proudly for her sister. |
