Drunk spelled backwards is Knurd - Ferdie Von Pelt - August 19, 2014 Directed at @Amekaze Ferdie Von Pelt paced .. His heavy paws beating the abused the ground tearing up the little mossy roots that had yet to get a good hold upon the hardened earth. He was stressing and worried and incredibly volatile. As time passed his pacing didn't though his tongue began to loll out of his mouth and as day ebbed toward night he finally dropped himself upon the ground and lay there panting. He still couldn't come up with a solution the only thing the walls he had erected had done was keep himself in a box while the rest of his heart and soul went on a rampage. leaving behind a ravaged wolf yet again.... though this would not be a repeat of the swiftcurrent creek fiasco he was hurting just as much and be just couldn't understand why.... He hadn't noticed but he had been pacing outside the place where he and Ame and denned the night of the Hotsprings opening. and there he lay, likely going to sleep in this spot in this position if he was left undisturbed and with the amount of strenuous pacing he had done. he was going to be sore tomorrow RE: Drunk spelled backwards is Knurd - Amekaze - August 19, 2014 <style type="text/css">.ame {margin:auto; width:530px; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;} .ame q {color:#7a2638; font-family:georgia;font-weight:bold;letter-spacing:1.3px;} .ame p {margin:0px;text-indent:30px;}</style> She had been a private being lately, perhaps a tad more than her usual, even. It was the end of summer. A time to reflect, a time to honor the weeks of plenty, and in her mother's old customs, honor the ancestors that had brought them to where they stood today. In her youth, a wilder and less thoughtful Amekaze had not been so keen to the sentiment; she'd had her focus elsewhere, but had mustered what she could, and remembered it recently when the seasons dictated she must. Nevertheless, she had been fishing for most of today. It was easy hunting for her, and in dutiful pack wolf-fashion, she left one of her more sizable catches in the vicinity of the whelping den (although never very close, she always stayed far away). Then after eating her own fill, cached the rest for herself. She didn't even know if Erika liked fish -- not that she knew much at all about the scar-faced female, only that she had deemed it here for her babes to be born for reasons unknown. So the thought remained and she didn't worry about it any more than she needed. Now, she headed towards the cloak of the forests she liked to frequent. To her surprise, a scent caught her nose so she sped up curiously. Not long after, she spied him. RE: Drunk spelled backwards is Knurd - Ferdie Von Pelt - August 21, 2014 Ferdie Von Pelt startled at her voice at if it were the loudest thing he had ever heard even though in retrospect it was fairly soft and gentle. He sprang up to all fours and wheeled around to face her, His eyes wide and almost wild. Ame... He closed his eyes and shook himself, a full good shake from nose to tail tip. Then he reopened opened his eyes, the kinder more composed Ferdie behind them now. He wanted to blurt out Ame I wanted to see you but I was afraid to, it's just that when I was with Hawkeye the other day and she told me that she wanted me to claim her as my mate I found myself thinking about you and now I'm confused.... instead what came out was I'm sorry for the state I am in, I had a rough day and I was hoping you would rest with me tonight.. Ferdie's heart sank... that wasn't what he wanted at all. But he didn't want to ruin anything that he might have with Ame either. He treasured her friendship RE: Drunk spelled backwards is Knurd - Amekaze - August 22, 2014 <style type="text/css">.ame {margin:auto; width:530px; text-align:justify;font-size:11px;} .ame q {color:#7a2638; font-family:georgia;font-weight:bold;letter-spacing:1.3px;} .ame p {margin:0px;text-indent:30px;}</style> His response came quickly, all at once a flurry of motion that wheeled to meet her. She leaned back to take it in and slicked back her ears with a look of confusion as she met his wild eyes briefly. Her ears pricked back towards him, a dash surprised to hear him, their alpha, asking to stay with her. It was not.. an adverse feeling, and she had dozed with him on a small handful of occasions before, so she nodded first. RE: Drunk spelled backwards is Knurd - Ferdie Von Pelt - August 22, 2014 Ferdie Von Pelt's ears turned toward the back of his head and he looked away, he somehow felt by spending time with Hawkeye he was cheating on Ame but he had no claim upon either female and nor did they upon him. Not as far as he knew anyway... Yes! He spoke with certainty then his voice flattened No... He sighed Yes and No, that's why I'm so .... He furrowed his brow That's why I'm like this. I'm just confused. His emotions were all over the place he felt like a female in her early stages of pregnancy or something when the hormones made her crazy only he had no excuse Ferdie lay back down and rested his head on his paws with a resigned sigh. There are two pups, he offered by way of distraction from his outburst, He need to reign his crazy in. Alphonse and Serena The female name he spoke with a slight bitter tang. Sorry Ame... If you want me to go just say the word I'll go back to the whelping Den, You are just much more pleasant to be around, Not that the mother is awful or anything she's just not you... his brain finished his sentence in his head His eyes turned toward Ame but he didn't move, he half expected to see her turn tail and run, he might have in her paws. Ame peered at him, unsure, and her ears fell flat. He changed the subject to the pups, the first she was hearing about them officially. Not that she had pursued much information about them. It did not seem to be her place yet.
RE: Drunk spelled backwards is Knurd - Ferdie Von Pelt - August 27, 2014 Ferdie answered with a mmhmmm in response to the questions on the pups and mother I keep them well fed and happy. I hope. The pups will be soon old enough to leave the den The days had turned to weeks without him realizing it, time was slipping away from him, nothing made one realize that more then children. The thought of another wolf joining Ame in her open den.. caused a pang in the pit of his stomach. But he swallowed a growl before it even begun what if she meant Summer had rested here with her, Summer was not a wolf that would bother him, nor would Aleera or Vienna, actually the pack was mostly female so he really had no cause for the emotional upstart to begin with, and if Ame ended up with Jace he'd respect that at least he hoped he would, They would make quite the handsome pair. Briefly he squinted his eyes shut and reopened them. Ferdie held his breath as Ame drew close to him her touch upon his ear was rough and familiar. His lips curved into a half smile and he glanced toward her out of the corner of his eye. I have always found your company more pleasant then most Ferdie rolled on his back and opened his mouth reaching up to jaw spar with her he also reached up with his left front paw looking for more contact with her. Nevertheless, she was not invested in sparing too much thought for the puppies, and relaxed into Ferdie's company. Ame wasted little time; she slung open her jaws and clacked her teeth against his. To gain a better vantage point, she moved to put one of her legs on the other side of his neck. While he was her alpha, her superior, she had learned the rules were a little hazier between just each other. And of course, if he wanted, he could always roll her over and stomp her for misbehavior whenever he saw fit -- yet he never did. His size, which trumped her own, allotted him that much.. but Ame didn't suspect it at play here even now. More carefree than before, she rattled her teeth around at his and his maw, growling and leaning more of her weight onto him as she did. RE: Drunk spelled backwards is Knurd - Ferdie Von Pelt - August 27, 2014 Ferdie couldn't help but feel his aching heart ease it's troubles away. Ame had always had this effect on him, from the very start. He found himself wondering if she had been there that fateful Swiftcurrent Creek night would the outcome have been wildly different. That thought was fleeting as Ame moved in for better purchase, a growl like groan escaped his throat a dialed down version of his battle roar. Every time he shifted his head for a better position, his teeth met hers, she was better then him at this but then she literally had the upper paw, He redoubled his efforts but his a paw on either side of his head she would easily be able to feel his next move as much as she defend against his motions. After being soundly defeated, He grinned she was leaning down upon him giving him most of her weight, so he reached up with both paws wrapping them behind her head to attempt to pull her down to his chest, rolling onto his side in the same motion so as to give her room too. He was not trying to pin her just make her lay down where they were equal and he didn't have to admit total failure. No matter how the spar ended her would sigh happily Thank you Ame... There was much he was thanking her for, and if she asked to what for he'd have trouble finding a particular reason to thank her. But he was ever so Thankful for her. Although a little rusty in it as she had grown older, Ferdie had allowed her to get the best angle on this and she was playfully unrelenting in rising to meet him in jaw-sparring. While his defensive maneuvers did what they could, she didn't let him have the upper hand. He did have a tendency to bring out this side of her with an alarming sort of ease though.. whereas so few were privy to it. She smirked mischievously with a waving tail as the win was hers for the taking. Yet she let him pull her down when his paws reached around her, not that there was much distance, and her body slid down onto him with a low rumble from her. From there, he rolled them both and she tried to match his gesture by keeping her paws on either his of his neck as she relaxed the rest of herself, so she was no longer standing or anything close to it. She went with the motion, curious as to where it would take her -- which was now laying there beside him on the cooled earth, suddenly quiet as even she silenced her playful growls entirely. Ame made a skeptical face right back in his for she did not exactly understand where the thanks came from. He seemed so content now, even after the strife of before. She suspected that may have something to do with it.. but it was not easy to say. Not with him, anyway. He was a lot of things all at once, sometimes surprisingly turbulent and others, less so. Her tail thumped slowly against the ground and she tangled her limbs into his. This encounter had unfolded in a curious way. She was fine to let it progress, although it was... oddly unexpected to her. Whatever his answer may be, she was listening, and nipped casually at him here and there. When ready, she untangled herself from him, barked lowly in invitation to chase, and jogged into the thick trees. |
