Sunny side up - RIP Valette - April 29, 2020 Valette was glad that Greyback had returned. She had been more worried than she had realized. It was good to have him back next to her every night. He had become a little more white in the face but the female didn't care she loved him. It seemed that having her man back was also doing something to her hormones. She could feel that familiar feeling settle in her stomach. Finally, at last. Her heat seemed to be arriving. She was worried that she wouldn't have any pups this year but thanks to her praying to the mother stone she was blessed with another heat. She realized what a convenient time it was since most of her kids were out for travel. That meant a lot of private moments between her and Greyback. She instantly went to search for him when she realized what was happening. She found it curious that Greyback hadn't picked on it himself though. Normally he would sniff it out. Though she didn't blame him as he had been so tired from his trip, that was probably it. The matriarch was clearly excited as she had a bounce in her step. When she found her mate, Valette walked up to him with a wagging tail, and ears flopped back happily. Though there was also a bit of a mischievous glance on her face. "It's finally here!," she beamed and nuzzled herself against his broad chest. She tried to nip him playfully, trying to see if he was in for a little chase. Valette was clearly blind with love and lust to see that her mate was probably not really capable of giving what she wanted. RE: Sunny side up - Greyback - April 30, 2020 Time swept by with the waxing and waning of the moon, the stars changing constellations under the dark blanket of the sky, and the sweet smell of the spring drifting throughout the air. It hadn't occurred to the man that with this change shall the inevitable come and his mate would once again be fertile. He hadn't smelt it on her—the overwhelming urge to bow and give, nor had he felt any sort of drastic change within himself.
Perhaps he was nearing the end of his prime; his face had already started to grey and give. His joins aching more and neck feeling heavy. Was this what it felt like to get old? He shook his head at the thought, not wanting to give too much to the intrusiveness that was his demise. He would rather spend his time thinking of Valette. As he did now. He stood idly, watching her waltz up to him with a smile and wagging tail as she normally did. He missed this. He missed her. He returned his own series of gentle gestures be it a lick across his forehead and rubbing his fat wet nose at her cheeks and face in an obnoxious manner. "My love," he murmured, watching her circle around and nip at him. He didn't fell much, only the pull of his fur within her fangs. But still, it was enough for him. He smiled at her, perking his ears up and wagging his tail as he walked after her, soon trotting and then running to give chase. "You can run but you can't hide!" he shouted playfully. "I will get you!" It's just like when he was a kid. RE: Sunny side up - RIP Valette - May 01, 2020 Valette grinned at the male when he called her 'my love'. It had been a while when he called her. It reminded of a time when Greyback called him Lady Valette. She looked at him with a smirk. "It is Lady Valette for you," she returned to him, tail wagging. She grew more excited and heated when the male set in a chase. She eagerly dashed forward when the male called out that he was going to get her. A thrill went through her as she could hear him behind him. She was glad to have some stamina back. She took a little sprint forward but reminded that she was lighter and probably faster. She wanted the male a chance to catch her as that was her main goal after all. She zigzagged before him and slowing down a bit so he could get closer. She hoped that her scent would spur him on to really chase her. Gosh, one more year of pups. She couldn't wait. RE: Sunny side up - Greyback - May 07, 2020 He flagged, dodging to the right in an attempt to come behind on her blind side. However, his plan was ruined as she threw a smirk back to him, echoing the words he once spoke to her in a lifetime long ago. Greyback felt a bit bad for not keeping up with his past heritage, but gone were the days of the north. He was in Teekon now, in Easthollow, and soon such vocal quirks had faded.
"Alright, my lady," he jested, knowing he couldn't outwit the Matriarch. And as Valette zoomed off he blinked, unsure of how he would even keep speed with her. But he would try. And try he did, sprinting after her with long, powerful strides as fast as he could carry himself. Perhaps if this was any other he would feel the pain in his joints, but all he could keep tracked onto was his mates hind and the powerful scent that followed. Instincts kicked up within the slated male, and a low heat burned within his gut, one that forced a growl out of his throat as he came up behind her, zagging the way she was and ultimately coliding with her body in a brush against her side. RE: Sunny side up - RIP Valette - May 08, 2020 Valette grinned when Greyback was at her side. It was only about the thrill of being chased. She didn't want that chase for too long since she wanted Greyback to catch up with her and have his way with her. She was so pleased that her heat was around, and she was making sure to flaunt it to the male. She was going to let him know that she wanted him badly. She had been waiting for this for a while now. The female nipped him playfully as she slowed down. She battered her green eyes at her mate, keen on sharing this moment with him. Valette couldn't help but tease him a bit too, wagging her tail and inviting him and then to jump away at the last moment, laughing. For her, it was the first time having a second heat with the same male, she realized. She just loved how comfortable she was with him. She just knew what to expect, and what he liked. She couldn't help but display herself for him again, inviting him closer for real this time. RE: Sunny side up - Greyback - May 18, 2020 He strolled, feeling the grass along his paws, stroking his fur in tickles as he waded with her through spring. It was romantic, ethereal even, and the man cooed at her in a way yearlings did. Valette. His Valette.
She strolled with him, and when she turned he expected a kiss, a brush against his cheek or snout. But that did not come, no. The only thing he got was a nip on his ear, a tug that stroked the fire and caused him to murmur and turn back to give his own. However, she bounded, out of his grasp and Greyback turned his head with lightning pace. He stepped after her, eager to touch, eager to please, and when he finally got close enough to a point where mounting seemed reachable she moved again and his snorted. "You're toying!" He exclaimed, chasing after her more and attempting to round her, to corral her into a circle where he could trap her away just for himself. "If I knew you were going to be like this I would of taken the time to have more sleep, my love." Greyback chuckled before moving in near her. He hadn't gotten much sleep last night, most nights seemed to be like that as he fretted over Newt and Clay. But today was new. Today was just Valette. RE: Sunny side up - RIP Valette - May 21, 2020 Valette knew she was toying and teasing Greyback. They did that last year as well but there was a stark difference with last year. She noticed he was getting older, but hopefully not too old. She was pretty sure males were never too old to breed. She let him corner him. She chuckled at the male and licked over his cheek. "I'm sorry, love," she murmured lovingly. "Even with little sleep, you managed to catch me," she commented with a grin. She nipped along his jaw, feeling the heat spread through her body. Valette looked up at the male. "One last time? One more litter?," she whispered to him. She wished for another litter with Greyback. She then turned around, presenting herself for him. He deserved his reward and the female couldn't wait any longer. But she also left that choice for him, he was getting old. Maybe he didn't want another litter. RE: Sunny side up - Greyback - May 26, 2020 Time seemed to move in slow motion as the Patriarch caught up and corraled her. He circled her gently, eyes never leaving her as she whispered to him gently. He couldn't get enough of it—he wanted to hear that voice of hers forever. And as she closed in to him with a question he nuzzled her side with his snout. "A thousand more. For you? A thousand." He chuckled.
Greyback couldn't help but feel a tad guilty for what had become of their last litter. Clay. Newt. He almost wanted a restart, a redo button if the gods allowed him. One more time to make things right and prove that he was a good father and the best provider. One more. "Relax," he murmured as she spread below him. He would round behind her then, nipping at her hip for one more final measure of pay-back before hoisting his front end up to mount her; The fire in his gut raging wildly as he became entangled with her. fade to black?
RE: Sunny side up - RIP Valette - May 27, 2020 Valette loved her time with Greyback. He made her forget all her troubles and worries in this moment. He was her home and she would do anything to have more of these moments with him. She smiled at Greyback, wanting to make a remark how she wouldn't survive that many litters. Still, she could appreciate the sentiment of his statement. She licked him over his cheek, so in love with the male. She would do anything to have another litter with him. She felt that familiar nip he did, which made the female smile. Soon after, that familiar weight of him on her back. It made her grow very excited, knowing what it could result in. Jolts sparked through her body as she let herself be entangled with him. Yes fade to black <3
