How long has it been since her talk with @Collision? Too long. There was no other news in regards to his plan regarding Takeshi, she hasn't even seen the man or knew what he was planning on, in general, to know of any of his colleagues in this plot to take down the tyrant to be aware that she wasn't left on her own once more to deal with matters at hand. Growing impatient with the lack of presence or updates on the plan in dealing with her "husband", the Empress had decided it was time to take matters in her own paws. This morning she had made the hard decision to gather the toxic berries she knew grew within the vale and in nearby areas, and take a meal from the caches and bathe every bit of edible part of it in their juices and flesh, careful not to make it too obvious of their presence... but also uncertain of their potency without a thick layer of them on the poor beast. Once happy with it, she gazed down at the fresh-ish carcass. Heart beating wildly in her chest as she stared down at the deadly creature, this was it, she thought. What she believed would make her a murderer, but if done right, maybe she could pass it on as sickness and no one would be wiser in the pack... would they even care? Careful to pick up the beast by the nape, away from the toxic zones that she hoped would be more tantalizing to the Emperor, the meatier bits, the fleshy bits, she carried it over and followed his scent. Her heart beating wickedly all the while as she struggled to keep a neutral face, afraid to give away her plot before it could be fulfilled. |
