is this something we can propose for different territories, or is it more official? gin would one go about submitting a proposal, if that's a thing?
i mentioned this on the discord because i thought adding some *flare* to pre-existing territories might encourage folks forming packs to branch out into different areas.

Most of them are or were holdovers from before the map was as extended as it is.
There is no formal process for getting subterritories approved, but players are more than welcome to make unofficial subterritories in claimed pack lands.
