Good, feeling good, - Célnes - August 04, 2020 And so, the trio moved to where @Kendrick was assumed to be, to become the triad of siblings once more. However, she realized that Célnes had forgotten to ask where Friede and her brother were located- the best she could do was smile her way through, while tracking down for the boys scent. With the rain, it was near impossible, and she could sigh with only the thought.
May the High Elk bless her with luck. Though with @Cenric and @Fréobearnn behind, she led to an estimated location, "Ken?" the elken sylph called out to her hopeful brother, "we're here," and refrained from saying anymore to Friede. Their whole focus, was the close-knit siblings after all. Upon finding him, she assumed they could discuss what to do from now then.. There was the concerns after all, as the trio were momentarily aligned with Whitebark Stream. RE: Good, feeling good, - Cenric - August 04, 2020 Cenric was close to his littermate’s side. His nose was busy at work. Kendrick has survived the fires after all. Supposedly he resided somewhere in this very taiga. How had he not tracked down their brother before? Maybe it was because of all this rain. He lifted his head and looked at Célnes. Do you think the rain is like this all the time here, sister? It was quite odd. The weather wasn’t like this back at Kingslend. RE: Good, feeling good, - Fréobearn - August 04, 2020 under different circumstances, fréobearn might have been more enthusiastic to search out her littermate, but lingering concerns about whitney kept her from becoming too excited. she walked behind both cenric and célnes, saying nothing to either of them for the duration of their short journey. it wasn’t until they stopped, and each older sibling spoke, that fréo did the same. i’d hope not, she murmured in response, the rain seems to never cease.and those few moments of calm which the land did see, seldom lasted long enough to be enjoyed. RE: Good, feeling good, - Célnes - August 05, 2020 "It's making it hard to search." She lifted upwards from the tracking with a fustrated sigh. It was near impossible to simply find him with the mud and rain, it washed away any evidence he may have been near, "if it rains this much, maybe we should leave," she suggested, "their river will overflow."
"There's a chance he may have moved west or south as well." The trio had searched all over the taiga, yet they could not find him so. Was it possible he moved in another direction? The mountains perhaps? The only knowledge they had gained was the thankful knowing that he was alive, but finding him, proven difficulty. She didn't wish to leave her siblings behind anytime soon, especially as they were the only home they had together.. They would need to find a new one.. Make a new home. RE: Good, feeling good, - Cenric - August 09, 2020 No. No it does not,Cenric mumbled his agreement. Had it been winter, he wouldn’t mind as much. It was a more rainier season; days of constant storms were not uncommon. But weather like this during the warmer months? It’s just unheard of. He hadn’t thought of the state of Whitebark until Célnes mentioned it. There were lots of streams and rivers running through the territory. If the storms kept up, it’d all go under. Agreed. The siblings would not drown alongside those wolves. There was no sign of him down south.Granted, he hadn’t gone too far. Now he wasn’t sure if even wanted to. The lands were too flat over there. It’s too risky. I say we head west. Cenric sighed and shook his head. I hope Friede wasn’t pulling your leg. RE: Good, feeling good, - Fréobearn - August 09, 2020 her older siblings discussed moving on from whitebark, but fréo stayed silent. she was glad to finally have an excuse for moving on, and so allowed them to work out the details; as for her, there was no question. there came no immediate response from their brother, causing fréo some stress. friede wouldn’t have lied about this, would she? surely, this was too cruel a fib for even her to tell. friede ought to know better. she may be many things, but an apostate is not one. it was still a possibility. i’d agree with cenric, fréobearn sighed, assuming he is confident in that possibility.she bumped against his side and gave a look of desperation, masked as a demand by her furrowed brow. RE: Good, feeling good, - Célnes - August 09, 2020 "She may have her days," inkling to the fandom over Cenric and Calhoun, "but she is a Déorwine." There was a handful of wolves that were not related within their old forest, and while Célnes counted themselves as the main bloodline, only a few away from the rulers path, she still trusted those who held the name. After all, the High Elk granted them so. She held skeptisim about it at times when she was younger, but none have betrayed her so. They truly, only accept the right one's within the family.
"The west are mountain." She didn't feel the need to expand more as her siblings knew of her trips that are often in and out. During one she came quite close to the mountain and could've travelled if she chose so, but instead had met another wolf, and travelled back home in the end. However she learned at least, it was mountains in that direction. "We can stay at Whitebark and prepare for the trip. It looks like it spreads for miles." While their home had it's own mountains, they still had been injured. Nearly healed doesn't mean healed. She always preferred to be safe, then sorry. "I met a wolf who offered a place." She refrained from saying his color. |
