Man, this place sure was... interesting. That was the best word for it all, Ken decided. He'd never seen a land so blazing red, and yet he knew he could not stand it forever- the lack of tree cover left him feeling exposed. Taking a breath too close to the ground brought in red dust, the sun beat down constantly. It was beautiful from afar, sure, but this fellow didn't know that he'd call it a permanent home. Ah well. Perhaps that was what made him different from these canyon-dwellers, but he didn't mind. Ken was always a black sheep wherever he went.
