Aged bones and a weary soul; each second that ticked by was another wasted, another moment of his life spent old and retired. Sighing, he sunk to his stomach amongst the circle of stones and merely laid there, quiet and lost on thought.

He came here every day, sitting alongside The Pilgrim Stone. And today was no different. The man made his way up to the stones, only slightly surprised to see someone else was here. He cleared his throat and dipped his head at the older man, as he walked over to his wife’s stone.
