in a few weeks i will get time - Lio - October 09, 2020

maybe a kingslend wolf? ^^ open to one or two peoples

This was a far cry from what Lio was used to. The forests they previously resided in were snow-covered, with far less underbrush and far more pines. It was... customary, for yearlings to leave and strike out on their own, but Lio was certainly unused to the solitude. They were used to a large pack of fluffy white wolves, much larger than themself - the calm presence of their family a constant companion to the smudged youth.

But this was part of their custom, and Lio was hardly one to stray. If they wished, in a year, they could return. If not, their family would not hold any negative feelings toward them.

Lonely though it may be, Lio did not regret the decision to leave. It was beautiful here, settled next to the silver river. Soothing, relaxing, serene. Lio sat by the edge, a smile on their spotted face. Fish the color of mercury swam beneath the surface, and they extended a paw to tap at the movement, a short exhale of laughter escaping their lips.

Momentarily distracted by the fish, they were unaware of their surroundings. But that was nothing new for the yearling - the distractedness. Off in their own little world.

RE: in a few weeks i will get time - Célnes - October 10, 2020

It had been noted that some areas were quite into the forest's territory. Specifically a stream and a lake- and while they have a large group, it was still hard to divide the tasks to claim them so. She told them all to focus on the most important area- the forest. Célnes however took times to stride out to these areas and be wary, specifically since they were also too close to home.

It was a good thing they did- as the Deorwine's fire-lit eyes momentarily narrowed on a cursed being ahead. Definitely a bad sign- and even she, being less skeptical then the rest, felt wariness to the unholy color of white. Out of their entire journey, from the forests, to the mountains, the valley and here, never once did she encounter a pure white wolf. Now so close to home? A wariness crept up her so, but she remained with a smile.

"You are quite close to a pack-terrority, you know." Dark thoughts twisted on this white figure with an unusal facial mask, but Célnes held a perfect receptonist smile, only filled with warmth despite the wariness and hostility within in.

RE: in a few weeks i will get time - Lio - October 10, 2020

One downfall of Lio's was that they had no true concept of who was bad or good, and what to look for to tell those apart in a wolf. They had no idea that there was even a concept of disliking a particular color of wolf, so there would be no suspicion on their part unless this woman was blatantly clear in her feelings toward wolves who looked like Lio.

So, all the yearling would see was a friendly woman, tall and with striking pumpkin eyes.

"I did not know," they responded, getting to their paws and offering her a smile. Awkward - Lio always looked a bit awkward when emoting, but they couldn't help it. "This pack has picked a beautiful place to live. Your stream is made of silver!" the younger informed her, as though she didn't know.

Célnes did not deny it was her packs river. It was so close to the forest, she felt it was so naturally right to claim so. What fool would be so close to the forest of a group, otherwise? Despite thinking that they were simpleton, she was a perfect noble lady. A smile and a stance held high in a elegance.

"Thank you. It has been blessed by the High Elk," unlike you. The Deorwine was wary of this sign. Even she was not a huge devotee, but a wolf of whites coming near never seemed good.

"I won't take from it," Lio told her with a small smile, pink gaze traveling slowly back down to stare at the twinkling fish just below the surface. Their attention flickered back to the noble woman and their head tipped to the side in confusion. "What is a High Elk?" they questioned.

Lio was unfamiliar with religion. Their family had been more... practical. Grounded in what they could see, hear, taste, smell, touch. Gods and devils and heaven and hell were worthless to them.

RE: in a few weeks i will get time - Célnes - October 13, 2020

"He is in the deepest part of the forest- so we presume. Our God does not show himself willingly." The other made no attempt to go forth into their territory, so she was not so quick to chase away the unholy. Not many in Kingslend would accept them willingly, and she also had no choice to turn them away, despite a possible need.

She too, however, held some predjuce against them. They always brought an omen, and some kind of misfortune to follow. Célnes was a bit wary to what this one would bring.
