The gaps have a way of catching up - Kiwi RIP - November 22, 2020 Just like that, Kiwi was back, and once again she was alone. She was better off without dead weight, wolves who said they cared but in the end didn't have the teeth to back up the fucking sentiment. @Yami had turned out to be a coward in the end. It hurt, but Kiwi knew without a doubt she'd done the right thing. She'd killed that wolf because he was weak, because what he had she wanted, and because he'd chosen to spit in her face rather than give it to her. In the end his family hadn't been worth her time anyway, chasing her out, and even Yami had turned on her. For what? For believing in herself? For putting an old, decrepit creature out of his misery? For giving him the honorable death he'd pretty much asked her for? She had done him a favor. All she ever did was favors. And all anyone ever gave her was fucking disappointment. She was over it. Now she was back, and even though her mountain was claimed, Kiwi simply passed by as though it didn't matter. Skairipa could wait - it needed a change anyway. If she was going to build something here she needed to make sure there was even anyone here who were worth it. And right now, she was becoming increasingly convinced that no one but her could pass. She walked through the valley with a purpose despite having no real goal. She itched for a change, for a challenge... for anything that would let her move forward. WC: 259
