she looks like artemis - RIP Praimfaya - June 06, 2021 tags for reference. <3
praimfaya takes full advantage of @Mahler taking her children to play with @Sequoia's brood; beyond grateful to him. though she isn't sure how skaigona and worripa will take the other children she is too eager make her break from the den that has become a prison to her — her babes her ever vigilant wardens — to, well, care. she winces visibly as the thought makes itself known, circling back to the idea that she was too young, too unprepared to be a mother. that she was a horrible one, despite mahler's assurances. she'd been young when she'd lost her own mother and blodreina, facing facts, had never been an outstanding mother. she'd been a mentor, a teacher, a guard. but mother? debatable. praimfaya makes a beeline for the borders, knowing that she'd work through her tangled mess of feelings after spending a few hours patrolling. RE: she looks like artemis - Argent - June 06, 2021 His days are simple. The duties of the border offered him the quiet solace he had sought, while at times he would find @Mahler’s presence and enjoy the company of the older wolf. There was much to be learned from the man, and something dark clenched at the younger wolf’s heart that whispered the gargoyle did not have as long in this world as he would like. A part of him wondered if he should seek Ketzia out, inform her... Her friendship to the man seemed treasured above most, but then why had she disappeared from Rivenwood without a goodbye? No, he did not want to leave Mahler’s side. Not yet. Blinking, the pale silver man gave his thick pelt a shake, his shoulders rolling back as he shook the thoughts from his mind. Instead, a scent drifted to the wind, and icy eyes scoured from the borders, looking for the newer mother of Rivenwood. RE: she looks like artemis - RIP Praimfaya - June 13, 2021 praimfaya is happy to be out, ecstatic even. acknowledging this brings with it a small stab of guilt — she should not be so happy to be parted from her children — but she buries it deep; at least for now. no doubt when she was shackled back in the confines of the birthing den she would consider the feeling at all of it's sharply pointed angles. this, no doubt, why to be commander was to be alone. others were a distraction from duty, from purpose. after a bit of patrol, did praimfaya hear nearing footfalls. she pauses and sniffs at the air, ears swiveling to determine whether it was from within the bypass or outside of it. soon enough, argent's form came into view and she relaxed the tension that had built in her shoulders. argent, she greets with a chuff. RE: she looks like artemis - Argent - June 30, 2021 His name from her lips stirred a flick of his ear, his gaze studying the features of her pale face. Her stance is at ease, though his own drifts lower in relevance to her position. “Graf,” he greets, feeling it improper to greet her as casually as he would Mahler. His muzzle swings back to the borders, a nod given ahead of him. “Care to join me for a patrol, or were you seeking some quiet time?” He wasn’t knowledgeable on the topic of children, but he imagined it was hard having such tiny beings completely depend on you day and night. He could hardly blame her if she wanted some alone time. At unspoken acceptance, the two seemed to fall in a companionable silence in tending the borders. Something he could appreciate more than the rambling discussion that held no true meaning. |
