wayfarer - The Listener - December 30, 2021
the day @Ingram departed blackwater, the listener could not be found on the main island. her scent trailed through, fresh and ever-present, and perhaps those who searched would catch glimpses of shadows at the corners of their vision. but the listener could not be found.
a gaunt figure watched the keeper cross the bridge of souls from a tall, distant cliff.
when his silhouette finally disappeared into the fog of the mainland, a howl cut through the winds sweeping over the blackwater islands.
the keeper has left to seek knowledge. we await his return.
