weaving in the weight of all our dread - Antha - January 04, 2022
from afar, the mountain appeared inhospitable, yet antha was drawn to it nonetheless. some nameless urge drove her, a nagging feeling that there was more to this place than could be seen from a distance. she was here to explore, to scout out a new home, so why not investigate every lead?
closer inspection revealed a wonder unlike any antha had ever seen. a path through the craggy spires at the base of the mountain, winding and somewhat treacherous but ultimately leading to something like paradise. a sweeping verdant valley, surrounded by the mountain's snow-crowned peaks. small woodlands freckled the terrain, and shadowy inlets against the mountainside promised further wonders beneath the mountain. antha took in a breath and stepped forward, enchanted.
