dawn on the plateau.
the sky shimmers with golden and red streaks, as sometimes when grigoriy is not eating right.
not a very good memory.
he focused on the ice and tried to get to the edge of the frozen pond, but it was slippery and he skated most of the way.
there was a duck family on the water, and papa duck made a noise to him. the man shouted an expletive in return, and that was all.
