i’ve lost all ambition for worldly acclaim - Lómion - March 30, 2022

@Lótë for whenever u have the time <3

to be away from moonglow so frequently was discomforting. despite neverwinter being just beyond the edge of his home, he found his existence there strange and unnatural. he could not help but wonder then how he’d fair on his eventual journey to the mountains.
the knowledge that his family was here with him helped soothe the nerves somewhat. his mother especially, whom he sought after today.

hope you don't mind me!

the slender shadow on the path before him smelled familiar. his mind went to the new-moon pack; that must be it. but this wasn't the young girl he'd spoken to, but one much younger—perhaps not even a year.

and he was not alone. . .well, there were wolves nearby. probably. not far.

but the territory was not claimed, and aditya walked toward him with a fair amount of confidence. he chuffed to the boy, smiling, his golden gaze cutting bright through the evergreen shadows.

not at all :D

It was not his mother he found, but a man. Or rather the man found him.
Lómion did not know what to make of his presence at first. He was a stranger after all. He was well meaning it seemed, as he assumed by the smile.
Hello. Lómion tried to smile himself, as everyone around him seemed to do. It was courteous. And he — as he was unfortunately unaware of in the moment — was not good at it. His smile was.. well.. toothy. And the corners of his mouth quivered as though he had been holding them up for a lifetime.
