You don't know what it's like - Sokha - November 01, 2022

Hoping for @Reyes :3 Additional tags for reference!

The title of nebet was new, but growing on the sand flower of the mesa. Though, the responsibilities she had been given in order to achieve such an honor would take time to get used to. Sokha had no issues with teaching the fellahin of their... responsibilities, and all; however, not all would be so eager to jump for joy.

Perhaps she was belittling the opportunity. After all, it had been the divine pharaoh that suggested she would be suited to the task. Maybe that meant something.

Nonetheless, she had time before her new works would begin. @Nazli, the youngest of the fellahin was away, so she needn't worry of this sapling until the time came for her return. Sokha wondered how the girls mistress, the amiirad @Makono, would take to these new lessons thrown upon her treasure. But it was not her place to worry of that.

To shake the thought, the nebet roamed the halls of the palace, humming a soft, sweet tune to busy herself while her feet moved and her eyes paved the way. A picture of @Gucci, the tiny neb then filled Sokha's mind. The two had not spoken in quite some time. Perhaps she should visit him- oh, but later... for now, she only wished for a time not filled with idle conversations. Was that truly too much to ask for?

RE: You don't know what it's like - Gucci - December 20, 2022

of course, the nobleman knew of the other to rise to his equal rank, and had looked forward to a catch-up chat with the woman.

he was enjoying one last day of good sunlight, relaxing in the courtyard of his very own villa, daintily loafing on a folded skin of a prairie dog, when trough his lashes he saw a familiar silhouette pass by the entrance.

"hey- hullooo~! miss sock-haaaa!" he called out to the woman.

"spare a minute fer impromptu lunch?" the chihuahua grinned, tail unfurling from beneath his thigh and sweeping the light, well-swept red dust of the courtyard.
