But I swear I’m even worse at a loss - Osleya - January 25, 2023 For @Exousia
All other tags for reference! The constant traveling. The lack of knowing where she would go and how this journey would end. She was sick of all of it! It gnawed at her; the hatred she bore for those that once betrayed her. If only they hadn't become rebellious, she wouldn't be here now. But then, perhaps that would have taken away her chance to start over— to become Wanheda once more. Thoughts bloomed as she trailed the mountainside. Now with @Banesteppe returned to her and the possibility of an ally in the earth child @Lilia, the mountain woman was slowly finding her way back to the pedestal she once called her own. All that was left: claim her turf and grow in strength. Soon, all would be back to the way it was meant to be. RE: But I swear I’m even worse at a loss - Exousia - January 26, 2023 thank u for starting!
Exousia retraced her path to the flatlands and wound up passing the shadowy overlook she had seen from afar on her way there. This time, in a break between winter storms, she decided to visit the snowbound valley beneath the ridge in search of a potential place to loiter for a while. She did not expect to find another wolf in the unclaimed area; an umber female with blood-red markings that were visible even at a distance. Exousia maintained the great space between them, taking the strange makeup as a warning sign. Hail, she called out, tense as she let her presence be known. This is your home? RE: But I swear I’m even worse at a loss - Osleya - January 26, 2023 "Hail." The voice came at a distance. But the mountain woman was keen to hear it. Cautious, she turned to face this stranger. They did not break the gap, seemingly keeping the distance on purpose. "This is your home?" They inquired. Wanheda would speak honestly. No. Have none.At least, not at the moment. Soon,She would add, then, making it known finding a home was her intention. Maybe this wolf sought one as well. An opportune moment for both, possibly. RE: But I swear I’m even worse at a loss - Exousia - February 27, 2023 No. This was good news. Exousia was eager to maintain her peak form, and traipsing upon another’s fledgling claim would have exponentially increased her chances of being harmed. But… Soon. A knowing look passed between them. She felt much the same way as the other she-wolf but could not be sure if this was the land intended to be made into a home. Either way, they were competitors in spirit. It was her belief that both of them could not be the head bitch. With this in mind, Exousia nodded curtly to the wolf and turned swiftly on her way. |
