hoping for a quick hunting thread, aw!
He trusted himself to find Big Woman (@Zharille) soon if she wandered too far.
For now, he dared to test himself again. Rested, fed, hydrated. The rat had motivated him, now he wanted something bigger. Meatier.
A bold thing for a boy still recovering.
He follow the stale trails of a muskrat, of an otter. Yet nothing revealed itself so far.

Void noticed the boy. His pelt of multipile colors was handsome. He would make a good stud one day. His eyes were a sharp green, having the same feel to them Void's own yellow eyes did. He had scars, and a seemingly still unhealed bite wounds on his body. He looked like a fighter, even at the young age he was. Void grew a liking to this and nodded. He approached him. "Hey. You hunting or something?" he asked, willing to offer himself as a hunting partner, or even a battle partner if he was after something/one.

It had been a while since somebody had bothered to use words with him.
He recognized one though and offered an odd blink in response. Staring at the big man before him. Would Big Woman like this one like the rest? Did she want this man hunting around their lake?
Still, he offered only a chuff in sound and continued to prowl around the lake.

Void was confused by the boys lack of words, and weird mannerisms. "Hey.. you alright kid?" He asked, now starting to get concerned. Most boys his age didn't act this way. He seemed... distant, not really there. It was weird and kinda making him unnerved.
