NOT Gone Fishin'! - Sovereign - February 23, 2023

AW to Greatwater Lake members!!! Maybe @Zharille or even more @Ensio? -eyes- <333

Sovereign patrolled the actively, but today, she decided she wanted to try and see if she could get anything prey-wise from the water.
Fury had never taught her how to fish, so the girl didn't know how, but she wanted to try.

With enthusiasm, the pale royal would stand at the edge of the Lake, looking at the water, how it was frozen at the edges and as if in a bluish gradient, the water was less and less covered by ice.

Perhaps this idea wasn't so great after all, but Sov was eager to prove herself to Bear-Woman, and so, she tentatively began trying to walk on the water.
The ice where she was in the middle of putting her weight cracked audibly, making the girl -wisely- yeet herself backwards in an awkward flailing motion and a loud, startled yip.

Glaring at the water, Sovereign huffed sharply and stomped back to the edge of the ice, observing the place she had placed her forepaw.
It was definitely cracked...
probably best to leave the lake alone until the weather was warm again.

The pale behemoth sighed and turned from the water, padding further from the lakeside to see what other prey she might be able to reap....

Nothing she could see.
Dammit, she probably chased everything away!!!

The girl let out a soft, frustrated growl and swiped at the snow in a way related very closely to an irritated toddler stomping because they weren't getting what they wanted.
As much as Sovereign was raised as royalty and trained heavily, she wasn't exactly prim and proper at this time when it came to handling her emotions as tactfully as any other wolf of royalty might've.
