Trade Specialty Thread Status - Louis - June 22, 2023
Hi! I tried to look for this but didn't see it, sorry if I missed the info somewhere!
Does a thread have to be closed to count toward a specialty or can it be in progress?
And if so does it have to be a complete "plot" -- or if you only got a couple replies in before the other player went inactive, will that count?
Or is this generally up to the individual PM reviewing it?

A thread does need to be archived with some sort of conclusion included, to count towards trade completion. IE no “cold” archiving where the thread abruptly ends and is archived.
How many replies is needed is up to the PMs, but for CMs we want to see a minimum of ten replies all in, with three posts being geared specifically towards that trade. It doesn’t need to have a plot, just needs to show the character demonstrating or learning the skill.
If your thread partner goes inactive, you can tack on a conclusion in your last post or, if you want to continue it for trade purposes, pop it in our “thread requests” channel on Discord or post an ISO in the Community forum to find a collaborator to help you finish it.
