Her time was nearing she could feel it. The babies had lowered. She was as big as she had ever been. And they moved constsntly. But each movement brought a smile to her face. Each movement made her so happy.
This day she had gotten up to relieve herself and could barely move. She giggled as she imagined how she must look to others and she determined suddenly it was time for a whelping den.
So with a fervor borne from instinct she began to seek out a place for their children to come in the world.
