adieu - Orca II - October 18, 2023 Ma and da had just... gone. It left Orca feeling a little bit bereft, and for no good reason. Teen woes might be one way to call it, but it was all quite real for Orca who now felt caught between a rock and a hard place. First of all, her mom had just been terribly sick to the point of avoiding her and Seal. Now, all stilll a bit sickly she was somehow ready to go—she was prepared to just... leave? And da was alright with it? Okay, yes, she was being the drama and she knew it. Orca was just feeling sorry for herself because she missed her parents, and was considering leaving Moonspear too, to go and be with them. They had made the open invitation pretty clear, but Orca dealt with her own guilt. She happened to like Moonspear! And Moonwoman! But she loved ma and da, and she didn't know if she was ready to do life without them quite yet. Plus, she had her own coming of age ceremony coming. Why couldn't ma and da wait 'til after that? Soberly she sought @Seal, a leggy stormcloud traversing the expanse of Moonspear. RE: adieu - Alaric - October 24, 2023 It wasn't often that Alaric had Orca around him, more often than not he had the presence of @Seal as a little shadow upon his heels. She was bright and bouncy and was eager to learn and please. He worried after her a bit. Afraid she'd try and please too much and lose herself. As his sister did at times. It was important to know your own self and your limitations. He himself had plenty of flaws, he just didn't care about them. There was a sobering silence to the spear of late as Njord and Meerkat had embarked on their own mission for their own home. Alaric both applauded them and felt a bit sad at their leaving. Soon Rodyn and Panuk and Rolayne would leave as well and he wasn't sure what to do with himself. All the pups were growing up faster than he had even imagined. He enjoyed every moment with them all. Today he found himself in the presence of the girl Orca. Sweet and quiet she didn't talk to him much. And that was okay. Not everyone particularly liked his brand of well anything. He was his own type of healer, bard, storyteller, and trader. A soft smile and a sing song voice. Hello Orca! |
