Skol! - Bjorn - January 06, 2024 Quote: (Skol was a word used by Vikings for cheers or a toast.) No posting order, just be respectful. Everyone is welcome to come and greet the hunting duo, for they have brought back venison (deer). The meat is fresh and waiting. Bjorn and Moss had been successful, they had scored their goal and were being back the trophy for all to see (and eat). Bjorn did most of the dragging, and moss help carry the weight. Thankfully his paw only got stuck in the hole and no injury was present. The two trekked all the way to the grand stone circle where Bjorn let out a loud howl, announcing their return and fresh kill. With the winter getting colder, and many youths in the pack of Kvarsheim, this meat would go a ways and do good. He looked to Moss, and thanked him for his help, for without him the hunt may not have been so successful. RE: Skol! - Yonder - February 03, 2024 was this really what his life had come to? yes, yes it was. the new year's party had gone atrociously - a slightly-too-pinesap-drunk yonder might've said some choice things to rib's insufferable friends and family. his delightful satisfaction lasted only until next morning, when the guests were asleep and yonder's own attempt to nest was rebuffed, by rib, who informed him that, apparently, he didn't live there anymore. in his own home. that he built. yonder groaned at the memory. since then he'd been trying to get with any unkindness in the area, but father wind that woman had done a throughout job dragging his name through the mud! every carcass he approached he'd get chased from, every tree he attempted to perch on he'd be pushed off. sweet maggot-mother, he was desperate. which is why he now stood on top of a big rock, waiting for an opening to swoop down and peck away a gulp of meat from its guardian hunters. |
