Breeding permissions inquiry. - Raindrop - January 13, 2024
I did some reading in the guides and Q&As for breeding season, and from ‘22’s breeding season I think (I’d have to check to be sure), it stated something akin to loners not needing IC permission to breed. What are the updated regulations for this season, if any? And if Raindrop joins a pack before the time comes, what permission would she need and from who?
I wanna get my homework done so I’m well prepared. That way there’s no hang-ups or mistakes. :)

loners are free to breed as they wish, although realistically they'd be at a disadvantage, and breeding rights within packs are decided by PMs and vary from pack to pack. you'd have to ask the PM of the pack you're part of
