aiyauppiak ⦑ - Kukutux - June 19, 2024 stuff/canvassing can be BTS unless u want to thread it! <3
a call went up for @Kigipigak, and a message for @Sialuk, and for moonspear: nutuyikruk's trail had been tracked and appeared to be three sleeps to the glen. go after her now. do not wait, for the ears of the winterhawk. she had not wished to tell him of her failing in this, but it was far beyond whatever emotions she might possess, and to the safety of a pup.
and she had not yet searched for ariadne. a message, sung to @Rodyn and @Heph, that a child of moonglow had not yet come home, that their eyes should be open. she waited for the winterhawk as rain began to blow harshly, but if he did not come soon, she would turn away, hoping he would come at least to soothe the other two children. hoping he would go after the girl now, without waiting. @Kyrell and @Peregrine were asked to search south of moonglow for nutuyikruk. @Tautukpik and akmaaksi were for now brought to her ulaq, where she assured them that she and their pappoús @Aiolos would look after them, not wanting to put more upon @Vairë at this time but knowing that the young ones must be kept close until ariadne was found. she still had not come back, and anger kindled at the shocking thought that her daughter had run off again, this time with kannoyak. more surprise for him at that. her vigilance meant that she could not leave moonglow; she gathered herself, asking after a sharp sigh that that moongrove be visited. she was able to remain here; another must go. and she wondered now if it should be her sun man after all, stern toward the frequent departures of ariadne. oh! she worried silently, reluctant to ask @Valiant for more, or to send @Quentin after a woman he did not know. kukutux settled herself to wait. RE: aiyauppiak ⦑ - Quentin - June 19, 2024 A child had gone missing? Whether due to family drama or outside influence, perhaps the pack wasn’t as peaceful as he had first thought. Quentin swept forward as he spied the white woman sitting alone after having sent out her calls, adopting a worried mien. He was still new to the pack – untrustworthy. He sought to correct that. ”I am awfully sorry to hear the news," he offered, dipping his head low. He had not met many other pack members, but assumed this one held some sort of status if she were giving out orders. Was this the Moonwoman the Sunman had mentioned? "Can I assist in any way?" RE: aiyauppiak ⦑ - Kukutux - July 09, 2024 so sorry @Quentin, if u end up rejoining we can revive this!
kukutux met the worried eyes of the man she only knew by name. her mind worked; her thoughts moved; they wove.
"please. go to the place of fireflies. look there for the lynx girl." she described nutuyikruk to the man and watched as he went, eyes filled with wary sorrow. |
