can a wild fauna be an OOC pack leader? - La Reine - August 16, 2024
that is, could a wild fauna gain the asterisk by their name and gain the ability to manage a pack? even if they are not actually listed on the pack ranks.
i'm toying with the idea of a pack with a wild fauna IC leader, while a canine holds the OOC rank of leader - think how the pharaoh of akashingo is the IC leader of muat-riya.

Our system can only assign the PM rank to those titled in that specific pack. Because of this, OOC (PM powers) and IC leadership (Leader Rank) privileges are mutually inclusive. You cannot be one or the other. You must be both.
You cannot be IC leader of a pack you are not titled as a PM for (or officially ranked in). This would include both your specific examples.
